Lollipop's Playland & Cafe

We visited on a saturday between 10.30am & 2.30pm and our experience was excellent. Our 3 year old loved how there were so many areas suitable for her to play in. The little flying fox and cars were her favourites. We ordered coffee's and were told there would be adleast a 10 min wait which wasn't a problem with us and I was impressed that the staff let us k ow about the delay at time of placing the order. The coffee was delicious. The service we experiences from all staff was excellent, ways friendly and helpful. The playground is well lit up unlike others we have been to in the area. It was very busy with multiple parties going on the whole time we were there. So it was noisy to be expected and not a complaint. The tables were mostly occupied when we arrived at 10.30am. We highly recommend you visit this place it has a toddler area for under 5's which could accommodate pre walkers however 3-5 years olds use this space too so it does get quite hectic from time to time.
We were also impressed with the menu, plenty of kid friendly options and the BLT was so good. My toddler loved her honey sandwich and hubby enjoyed his potato wedges!

Toddler area needs a serious update and clean. Lots of broken toys, patchy safety netting and hazards that are definitely not safe for little ones. Although my little one had a great time, we won't be returning until they've had a refresh.

Absolutely disgusting service the manager should be ashamed when approached about the issues she just smiled no apology given. Tables dirty with rubbish everywhere. Dirty mop bucket just left unattended for children to touch. Do not recommend to anyone

My baby really enjoyed his self this place is great food for kids is gd only thing is that they need to upgrade on the toys cz in the under 5 area there we afew toys broken that could easy cut the kids hands

Wonderful place to take the family, appropriate for all ages. Food is good too and not too expensive. I feel like there could be more staff on the floor watching over the kids but the free reign felt ok too. Will probably come back again

Ball pit empty, most of the blaster guns not working, in need of a thorough clean and Christian decorations still up months later. This establishment has lots of potential, but really needs some attention.

This chain is the best for celebrating birthdays hassle free, or going for an occasional play. Prices are good and staff/owners don’t seem greedy like in other playlands. The equipment is fun and safe and my kids always have a blast there. It’s sad Lollipops in Cannon Hill closed, it was wonderful there too. It is definitely centered around kids having great time and not around “we need you to pay for the air you breathe in here”.

My daughter enjoys going here to have a play. It's spacious and food is good. Lots of places to park your car.

Took my two granddaughters 11 and 6 here today we all had a wonderful time. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and fantastic food. Thank you, you guys rock we will be back Lyn Price Hunter and Alexis.

Very disappointing that the toddlers area which states it is for children under 5 only is not monitored better. Today I witnessed many older school aged children (mostly from a school holiday program) who had no regard for the safety of younger children in there. After removing my 12 month old from the main area with the ball pit as it was becoming too dangerous, she was using one of the cars when she was hit in the face by a ball from a man in his 20’s throwing balls at the kids he was with. Very disappointing as it could have been avoided with staff monitoring the area and implementing the age guidelines that are there for a reason.

Great fun for the kids, lovely staff, good food. Could have used a bit more cleaning but I can understand with only a few staff and so much to do it would be hard to get around to doing everything I recommend them hiring one more staff for just the cleaning purposes but overall we had a great time and will be coming here more often!

I had a free entry voucher, it expired yesterday.n today I rang the staff n asked if I can use that n they said no.not happy.

Highly recommended

Good sized play centre, cost is a little much but it's okay. The gated toddler area is great and we love the pirate ship ride! Sometimes quite busy and not enough tables when it's raining in Logan on a Sunday.

A great place to take children to play. The teenagers working there are kept very busy catering for parties and supplying the needs of visitors. It was quite crowded when we were there, so it was impossible to social distance. It was also disappointing to see booked tables vacant and shortages of seating and tables, the vacant tables were not used until close to 12: 00. It also took a long time for tables to be cleared after people had left. BUT, the teenaged employed there were really overworked.it was a fantastic time for the grandchildren, but the 70 year old grandfather would have liked a seat.

I got over charged my daughter who is 1 and was standing on the step while I was paying clearly the girl saw her and how old she looked asked me how old she was I said she’s one and she typed in the price on the till she didn’t tell me how much it was and just told me to tap my card me thinking I’d get charged for the 1 year old pricing got charged for the 3+ years. My second time here and I don’t think I’ll go back as this place could go for a very deep clean it’s not the best clean wise.

My son and I have been coming here regularly for 2 years now, have never had an unpleasant experience. Staff are always friendly, helpful and happy to be here and service is flawless.

When I came into the front desk, I was immediately greeted enthusiastically, which I was really impressed and shocked. After that, the pricing for my child's entry was lower than what I had thought I would pay.
There were 3 different areas to play, not including what seemed to be the party room. The play ground was very clean, especially for the time of day and how many children were there. My child had so much fun and loved the obstacles they had there.
The food was reasonably priced as well and hamburger was pretty tasty.
The customer service was really good especially front desk and the women at the tuckshop.
I will be coming here again soon and recommend anyone with a toddler to check it out.
