Lollipop's Playland & Cafe

Not very clean, my girl got sick after that.

No age limit in any areas, older kids ran all over the playground, super unfriendly for toddlers and infants. We wouldn’t go back, and wouldn’t recommend it!

I booked this for my daughter birthday.
Bad experience with them will never book again. The lady was so rude

Went for a child's birthday party, the package party the parents purchased was great, the kids loved it here

Very happy today for my boy’s birthday party. Ice coffee, juice and chicken nugget are awesome. Staff are very friendly and even helped us to reach the floating balloon with big ladders. My boy and his friends spend a wonderful afternoon here.

Love this place will be back again best playcentre around staff are so freindly and food and coffee so yummy

Friendly, attentive and kind staff. Decent food and so much space and equipment for kids to play on and keep them entertained.

Fantastic play area. Hours of fun for all. Cafe really great. My 4 year old wants to come every day. Highly recommend it

Extremely rude staff member on todays visit. My 2 kids were the only 2 kids in the centre and she seemed adamant to make sure they were having anything but fun! Wouldn’t waste my time or money on this place! Lots of great new centres around. Will never visit again.

It was a really great day and my son had an amazing time. We did the classic party package and most of it was good but my main complaint would be that the party room lacked organisation from the staff and there was supposed to be a party host. I was hoping that the party host would engage with the kids and take initiative. I just had 2 young girls who kept asking me when to bring food out, when to bring cake out etc and it was starting to stress me out as I had paid a lot of money expecting that they would organise all this. When the cake came out the kids were all really excited but then they took the cake away and didn't come back for over 10 mins. All the kids got really bored, impatient, lost interest and left the party room. When the cake finally came back out we were asked to leave the party room shortly after.

I think for the prices you're asking you should have more fun and engaging hosts who will take charge and hold the childrens attention and actually interact with the kids. They also need to make better use of the 1 hour and make sure there's enough time for cake etc before kicking people out.

Floor is filthy around tables.
Staff have constant look of dismay in their faces like a forced labour camp.
Absolute chaos when it'd packed.
Most senior person working there isn't much older than the kids playing.
Been there a few times to make sure all these points wasn't a one off per say.
Take em to the park if you can.not here.

It's pretty good for the kids. It needs a really really good clean in the tunnels and throughout the playground but staff are kind, and $5 on Friday during school hours. Great value

Have been here in the past and it's been good. However its looking aged now and some equipment needs to be thrown our or replaced. Overall it's not bad but would hope to see it revived soon

We love Lollipop's Playland and are regulars! Great playground for both toddlers and older kids, there is plenty of seating and well priced & tasty food/drinks in their cafe

This place is a shambles. Parents of older children need to monitor them, my child was knocked over more times then I can count. No workers even around to ask for help and no cap on numbers. Not even one table left and they are still letting families in. I spent the whole time carrying my items around as nowhere to even sit!

Older children should not be allowed in the toddler area! Who monitors this? Disgusting is an understatement.

Fun play centre in underwood, great value if you buy the 10 entry, works out to be $7.90 per entry weekend or not. Only con not much monitoring of kids (by parents).

Pretty disappointed with the staff member approaching my husband to say that there had been a complaint from another customer about him vaping. I tried to assure here that my husband doesn't smoke only to be told "Not smoking, vaping" in a very rude manner. We repeated that he hadn't only to be told if there was a further complaint, we'd be asked to leave. Funnily enough, a moment later we were told that there was a mistake in identity and the offender was literally like "Sorry, my bad". Good idea, especially if threats are made to kick patrons out, that they have the right person.

Absolutely repulsive toddler area needs a good clean, ball pit practically empty and balls that were in there all crushed and broken, everything is all peeling and broken the place hasn't been vaccumed let alone cleaned in what looks like years. A sess pool for sickness

Took my daughter and granddaughter there the weekend. The staff were very nice and helpful. However the under 5 area needs to be monitored! Parents need to keep there big kids out. Next time I will tell the kids myself
Too many big kids in there running havoc having no consideration for the babies.
The ball pit needs more balls!
They had a few staff on but so many birthdays happening so that had to be first priority! Meaning tables could not be cleared and rubbish bins left full for hours.
There was a incident with the ride on car!
The back wheels come of which caused an accident with a little girl. No good.
Althou my babies enjoyed there time hopefully things can change before we go there again

Great place for the kids to play while I can relax and get some coffee (which is not bad here).

Beautiful indoor playground and nice activities, and so kids can have fun. My children love the Pirate Ship. Great staffs whenever we have visited. Nice food and nice environments, definitely recommend it to everyone ️️️️️
