Living Sound and Vision

Guy told me Im demanding, all I asked is to play my own music, he had his own stuff lying around. Said no.then I pushed it, he said he'd look for an audio cable, then said he had none.

You sell 5k speakers, you don't have a $5 audio cable, maybe I just looked poor and wasn't welcome in his store.

All good I'll buy else where, don't judge a book by it's cover

This place has some good stuff, but for a hifi store, the staff seemed surprisingly unknowledgeable.

They told me to buy a Bluetooth adaptor for the powered speakers they sold me. I later found the speakers were Bluetooth compatible.

Re. Repair to old NAD amp, and B&W speaker.
In person or on phone, all L. S. &V.staff are always friendly and polite.
E'mail communication is a shambles: no reply to enquiries; e'mails sent by one staff member can't be seen by any other staff; invoice of completed work is a garbled mess - limited info of work to amp + no information at all, of work to speaker.
One of the 3 businesses contracted by L. S. &V.for service and repairs, completed work in good time - considering unprecedented backlog of customer jobs following lockdown.
Work Invoice says "Clean Controls", but amp and speaker are still as dusty as when I brought them in, and glue splattered on speaker box.

Helped out with one of our wifi speakers with absolute professionalism and friendliness. Great and reassuring to know there are lovely people willing to help. Thank you so much!

I live behind this shop in a apartment complex and the people staying there have zero respect for their neighbours. Hitting the booze and shouting just about every night from 12am - 4am. Disgusting.

Tried emailing the store about this but nothing has been done. Will be contacting the council to see if they can help.

I was recently in the market to purchase my first turntable and found the staff at Living Sound to be very helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Some staff are very knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. They are willing to spend time answering questions and letting you try out the equipment.

Barry was awesome, relaxed and knowledgeable. Allowed me to audition the brilliant QAcoustic M20 speakers without interruption and at my leisure. Highly recommended and definately my go to hifi store.
