ACHIEVED MY GOALS THROUGH LIVING SOUND + VISION
I purchased all the equipment for my home theatre from Living Sound. It is a top quality, state-of-the-art installation and I am very pleased with the outcome and the continued interest and input from Josh Black.
I should mention that I was a Senior Vice President of Columbia Pictures (was with the company for over 20 years) and I had a reputation for being a stickler for picture and sound quality at the theatres which played our films.
You can rest assured that if Josh could give me the outcome I demand, you will be happy with your dealings with Living Sound + Vision.

Great Service provided from the staff here. Had an old HMV portable turntable all serviced and cleaned. Runs just like new. Easy onsite parking too. A+

Asked about setting up a home theatre and they asked a few questions which made sense around expected outcomes and what budget to achieve the desired result. I wanted a balance between music and movies and value for money. For me value for money meant if i chose a system that i liked but a couple of thousand more would get a substantial increase in performace then we spend the extra. Advised them it would be 6 months till i would need it so have received a quote and it is well within my budget so may purchase and install later. Checked a couple of other places but found they seemed more interested in selling me something than asking the right questions like living sound.

Some staff are very knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. They are willing to spend time answering questions and letting you try out the equipment.

Re. Repair to old NAD amp, and B&W speaker.
In person or on phone, all L. S. &V.staff are always friendly and polite.
E'mail communication is a shambles: no reply to enquiries; e'mails sent by one staff member can't be seen by any other staff; invoice of completed work is a garbled mess - limited info of work to amp + no information at all, of work to speaker.
One of the 3 businesses contracted by L. S. &V.for service and repairs, completed work in good time - considering unprecedented backlog of customer jobs following lockdown.
Work Invoice says "Clean Controls", but amp and speaker are still as dusty as when I brought them in, and glue splattered on speaker box.

Just purchased a Rega P1 after being given the runaround from another retailer. Knowledgeable and helpful and will be my go to now from here on.

Bought equipment from Living Sound and Vision from over a year and a half ago. Had a problem with equipment due to user-error. After calling the guys up, I took it in and they were able to help and fix the equipment in less than 30 minutes. Gave great general advice and were super friendly.

If you are looking at getting back into vinyl and wanting to put together a great system that will make those old songs sound new again via the vinyl medium, you really need to go to Living Sound and Vision. Very friendly team.highly professional. I personally recommend Josh - what he doesn't know about HiFi you could tattoo on an ant's ball!
Josh is patient.will answer any questions and will assist putting together the various components required for your listening tastes.

Rang up with a tricky question to do with TRS to TRRS barrel adaptor possibilities.the guy was a bit of a whiz kid.knew the answer.put me onto the place to go.real good.
