Was fun with friends but it's always full of young children. The games without the birthday parties are much better. Service is good but it was quite a slow process.

My son had a party here for his eleventh birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can bring your own food or they allow you to have pizza delivered.

The kids loved it. Our daughter's birthday party was great. There were happy kids everywhere. Laser force has been there for 30 years. They must be doing just about everything right.

The staff here remain impressively cool and helpful amidst the screaming hordes of sugar-crazed gun-totin' birthday celebrants. The facilities are a little dated but my kids don't care.

My son had a very good time. He was invited there for a birthday party. They enjoyed the gaming credit as well. He received usual little prizes with tickets won.

The upkeep of the gear is not great. The games are repeatedly stopped and restarted because of technical problems. When you shell out around 20-30pp it's very disappointing. The star is for the staff, they were nice.

Great fun. Very good facilities and the gear is awesome. The way everything is linked to your membership card is very cool. Highly recommended.

This I a very important icon for Australian history that is highly recommended that anyone either visiting or living this country. Other than the importance of this sacred space the service is outstanding although I have not eaten there they do serve food. Insanely large facility for everyone to explore and destroy the enemy team/s. A variety of modes you can do (free for all, team Deathmatch, capture the flag and many others). There is an arcade area in the building as well.

Definitely a great place to go with a few friends, park available for customers and the staff are super helpful. 100% am going to go back again for the $25 Sunday deal

Not a great place to go if there are only one or two players in your group. If the place is full of birthday parties I advise you turn around. It was not an enjoyable game with so many people in one session and the confusion around who goes where and when is enough to put anyone off. On a positive note the actual gaming arena is very large and fun with all the different places you can hide and escape to.

Great fun for the kids on holidays, I used to come here in my early 20’s so good to see the next generation enjoying it!

Had my sons birthday party there today. The kids had fun but it wasn’t very well organised or structured. And there was no wheelchair or pram access. Which meant one Family couldn’t stay and enjoy the party.

Went for kids party, all kids enjoyed it. Table area for adults/eating. Has catering via dominoes and subway. Only complaint was credits for arcade seemed overly complex. Certain credits only worked on certain games. Confused the kids don't understand why it wasn't simpler. Laserforce experience itself was good.

Was disqualified from a kids day a few years ago for "cheating". All i did was kill a kid constantly and he complained to staff and i wasnt allowed to enter any more scores into the high score of the day

Awesome fun and a well designed arena but it would have been a better experience if things like teams and rules and how guns work as well as signs/mirrors had been explained to us.

We held our son's birthday here. They have a great setup for parties, the staff were very helpful, and most importantly the boys had a blast. Was a very easy party because the staff take care of the kids leaving the parents to relax!
