Laserforce Brisbane reviews
56I'm abit of a wuss so Laser Skirmish was a better option then paintball and boy did we have fun! Pricing is good and service is better. Thanks for a great day out.
Food is expensive for the size. The staff weren't friendly for me, i'm not sure about other staff but the ones i talked to were mean. Not going back to this one. Even the laser tag at timezone was better
This place is brilliant, fantastic, and amazing. I've been going here since I was 9 years old have enjoyed every moment that I've spent here. The staff are super accommodating and really nice to everyone, no matter the disposition. I'm be sure to keep coming for years to come, thanks for the amazing memories yall.
Waaaaay to many birthday parties are hosted at once. This lead to chaos, lack of organisation, and a sensory overload for everyone. Would not recommend to those who have children with sensory processing issues including those on the Spectrum. The team were obviously under staffed but they handled it with patience and grace.
PARENT PERSPECTIVE: Have had a few birthday parties here (not me, my three sons!), inviting their entire classes (which got a bit expensive) but in terms of the service and the fun had by the kids, it was outstanding. Arcade is a bit pricey, so if you let the kids run wild, bring your wallet.
USER PERSPECTIVE: I played this as a young teen, and loved it. Tried it again as an adult (with my sons) and we had a blast. Some of the magic-dust has rubbed off me, but can safely say the venue is fun for young & old. (In my case very very old, heh)
My husband booked our sons birthday here, the morning of his birthday he had & emergency & couldn't take him so I stepped in to take over not really knowing the go. The woman that served us was extremely rude. The only good thing was the younger staff members were more welcoming & explained things much more respectfully. The older lady really needs to improve her customer service skills. The parking around the venue is terrible & dangerous.
This place is do damn cool! When I was here it was a special deal to play free arcade. Had so much fun, laser tag was pretty insane too. It felt like doom in real life haha and the mini golf was super chill. It was a super busy day for the staff but they remained professional and kind. Will definitely book an adult session here. Just got to get a crew together. You guys have earned your 5 stars
Excellent service. Keegan is an amazing employee and has provided excellent service over my previous visits. He always goes above and beyond.
Such a pity they took away from the arena for the mini golf.
Great place, amazing centre for laser tag. There were different variations of laser tag we could play, such as free for all, teams, stealth shadow and others. The staff were nice, mini golf was also available, and the arena and course were glow in the dark, including our clothes.
Our Boi David out here crushing it, he went above n beyond to help us out even though it was right at the end of his shift, absolute legend. Laserforce was tiiiiigggghhhhhttttt n the arcade games were wahoo
We had a birthday party for our little one here. The kids had a great time and the mix of lazer tag and arcade game tokens was just right. They staff did a great job wrangling the kids and managing the games. The only downside is that it can get pretty loud in the lounge area. Maybe some carpet on the walls would help.
Still the best laser tag in Qld. I've been going here (albeit not regularly) since they first opened in 1988. The layout is good and the equipment up to date and in excellent condition. Wednesday night's student night is great value entertainment.
Fantastic attraction for kids and adults alike. It is the home of of Australian laser tag and the arena is the best my kids and I have ever experienced. I remember going as a kid and liked it then and have taken my kids a number of times too.
The gear is recently upgraded and yet again it is the benchmark of laser tag equipment. I'd totally recommend this for small groups and large. I'd love to go there with a bunch of friends but I find that generally there's other people to play with. Surprisingly, I went during this covid time and one of my son's and I were the only ones and still had a heap of fun due to the different game types and heaps of special objects in the arena.
Oh, there's also a laser maze thing, different arcade games and a putt putt course lit with black lights etc.
Absolutely destroyed all the noobs here. No one stood in my path. No one is a match for the Lari Daley.
Super fun, suitable for the whole family. The large arena and good equipment allows for a great experience. There is also catering for large parties.
Hi everyone on Facebook, can't wait to see the voltage crew back at laserforce, followed by a classic beek sess. The servo is a great option for a late night chocolate milk to get those nutrients back in you after a sweaty run around!
Cheerful hosts made the kids very welcome. Very successful birthday party. Hosts kept the tables cleaned - regularly tidied throughout the 3 hours there. Good place for fun and kids parties.
So much fun. Always have a great time with the family during school holidays. Warning - you do get very sweaty, so shorts and t-shirts are your best option.
This place just keeps getting better each time i visit. Can be a tad expensive so I recommend the group nights where you pay for the hours not sessions.
It's fun to go with friends but it gets boring after a while. It's also kind of awkward if their is another large group
