55I want to share my experience with Kmart customer service desk. They are spectacular! I had the pleasure to work with Chelsea from the customer service another day and she is one of the best support person I ever dealt in my life. Very charming and polite! She is very patient and provided me with all the details clearly and I can't thank enough for the great service! Amazing customer service and I am really thankful to do business with Kmart!
Cheap items and lots of variety. Decent quality items at low price. I would avoid Kmart though if you are after a good quality item.
Very rude staff.
You buy your goods, which is done in the middle.of the bloody store, then as you walk out you're treated like a shop lifter. Not once have they ever compared my reciept to what I had in the bag or trolley. If you have a reciept, it's good enough. I've given up showing it. Arrest me. Rude arrogant staff
Affordable price, the bath mat are cheaper here than target. It's located at the ground floor nearby H&M. The only negative is the way they put the counter in the middle of the shop. Then you need to show all your stuff before exiting the premises and its very inconvenient.
Who doesn’t love Kmart! This is my go to Kmart as I know the format of the store and they almost always have stock!
Kmart has genuinely transformed over the past few years- it is an affordable and this store layout is open and easily accessible. I particularly like how there are seasonal (like Christmas) products throughout the store- some quirky gifts and some home decor. The staff are always approachable and nice.
Good Kmart store with a lot of range and choice throughout all the sections. Each time I have visited this store the staff have been great and always have a smile on their faces. The queue times can be long and often feels packed around the till areas.

Big, specious, modern and well organised shop with good selection of products. Especially kitchen and home department. Stuffs are nice and helpful.
Good prices for good quality products and a very wide range as well. Could do with some more staff on the store floor to help customers but other than that it's a good place to go for basic necessities and clothing
This Kmart is always well stocked with neat and tidy shelves and friendly helpful staff. I love that it closes at 9pm most nights too. My favourite kmart branch by far.
West fild garden city in the mt gravatt good place for cmfourtably and taking time and kamart shoping is one of the biggest shopping in there with perfect staff and nice price for shpping
Very clean and tidy, & everything is marked out clearly so you know where it is. The prices are gr8 as well and suits all budgets.
Who doesnt love kmart? It has everything you need as well as well as everything you dont need, but you can somehow find a need for.
Putting the checkout in the middle of the store is the dumbest thing kmart could of done should of left it at the exit
Service. What service! They make the mistake and I had to wait in 2 seperate lines to solve the problem. Sent email to complain, no response. Fri now on I'm going to Big W.

SERVICE
Security will greet you as you enter with generally a smile. The traditional method of a checkout with staff is in the centre of the store.
Self service checkout is situated as you exit with one staff member assisting around 10 checkout points.
PRODUCTS
From clothing, underwear to kitchen, bedroom and sport. This store has a vast variety of products at a very reasonable price.
Having the checkout in the middle of the store is the dumbest idea ever. You line up to purchase your goods, just to line up again at the door to have your bag and receipt checked.
Couldnt even wrap a glass jug offered nothing. I suppose I am going carry this in my hand around as I do my shopping. Not well thoughout considering Kmart sells glass and china
I like the range of home and kitchen goods. I'm not a huge fan of having checkouts in the centre of the store, it's space that could be used for products or promotion displays. There are already checkouts at the front of the store too. The staff are friendly and I always appreciate how the store is well maintained and cleaned, good for reputation.
