Kmart Mt Gravatt

Unbelievable queue waiting for staff to serve them, however staff complains there is no work available for them. What a double standards by kmart

Generally a very chaotic experience shopping at Kmart Mt Gravatt. Too many people, huge queues at the middle check out if you're there early or on weekends. The baby clothing section is always a mess, things everywhere and no order to the shelving, expect to find 2/3 different items hanging in one spot.
The left hand side if the store is crazy and cluttered. On the right from women's to homewares is always pretty easy to navigate.
Staff are great and do what they can for the most part. But when you have a line of 30-odd people at 9am consistently being forced to used 4 self-service checkouts and 5 staff standing around watching, I'd suggest opening the front self-service sooner.

Clothing racks packed too tightly, can't get out what you want without knocking other pieces of clothing onto the floor. It became very annoying.

You ask us to “sign in” at the entrance but there is no “sign out” when you exit, making the whole thing pointless. What if I leave within 5 minutes? Staff at the entrance have a massive “power trip” and are rude. What a ridiculous system. Feels like we’re in kindergarten.

A little average in some stock holdings. Mainly in what we were looking for. Overall though pretty typical Kmart.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional in a self-payment. The person was Ignoring me for a while. The self-payment machine kept beeping, so I decided to move to use another machine.
At the end of the payment, the machine wasn't working again, then she just walked in, non-verbal, tap her card in my self-payment machine then leave.

A small store full of tourists (mix) people that can't understand social distancing. Quickly get out before u become sardines

Great as usual! A wide variety of merchandise that changes with the seasons. Love the party section!
Affordable, clean & helpful staff.

Arranged for a in front of store click and collect. Was directed in store where I waited 20 minutes in line to collect my order. Not the quick pick up I was wanting at all. Also all products were not in my order and I did request them to be posted to me. They did a refund to my account instead. Will not be using this store again for click and collect. Staff seemed not very helpful as well with no customer service

Prices are great bought a new pair of work boots - very happy with them. Had to exchange electric heater I purchased that same morning and the girl at the service desk was very grumpy with me. Must have been having a bad day I guess. Anyway picked up another new heater a it works great for what I wanted

The store is well set out, and the staff are always friendly.
Kmart is pretty standard, so, you get what you expect.
But, I can't fault this particular store. Have been a few times, and, prices are decent.
The big winner for this store, is the friendly staff. I've asked for directions and had a few small chats with staff members. They are some of the best department store staff I have ever met.

The products are still affordable and good quality its just the lady at the asked me if she can check my docket which was strange as she just saw me scan the item and put it in the bag hopefully it wasn't a race issue as I am dark skinned and was the only person asked.

Regularly shop there for clothes and household items. Got a good price for a kettle and toaster

The shelves were empty and i walked around for ages couldnt find staff or the product i was looking for

Worked here when I was 17. Shifts decreased once I was worth full-pay until I no longer reciever any shifts. After 3 months without shifts I recieved a message from a supervisor letting me know they had "accepted my resignation" although I didn't resign. Didn't realise this was illegal at the time.

There was a boot missing from the pair. It said it was there online but when I went there it wasn't there. Other then that pretty good.

Great place to browse for clothes, household items and more, priced reasonably. Plenty of stuff would be great to have and affordable. Tremendous place to shop for the whole family.

It's Kmart, so it's what you expect. Always busy. Always feels like it teetering on the edge of chaos.

This store has the middle checkout section and one at the front. Go the front it's quicker.

The colour of the item and condition was very different. The item was very scratched up and clearly poor quality. It looks pink online but definitely orangy brown copper instore.
