Huge store. Great clothing and good board options with great advice. Sale items upstairs must be checked out, massive range.

Got the best bargains and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Massive store with lots to offer.
Do yourself a favour go check this place out.

Keep your receipts, that's all. Bought 3 items here over the past 6 months, each had a fault not ling after purchase. Not a bad shop otherwise albeit a little on the pricey side, you're better off at sideways.

Was at Kirra Surf today doing last minute 2020 Christmas shopping. I wanted to get two softboards for my 10yr old and 6yr old sons. Kirra Surf has a pretty large range of boards for all ages, so selecting appropriate boards was easy. I was helped by Crispin and Andy who were super cool, ultra calm and incredibly helpful in helping me achieve my Christmas shopping objectives. Massive thanks to all.

Shop looks nice enough but staff showed no interest in offering customer service. Walked around for over 15 mins and no staff engagement whatsoever. Spent my $1000 elsewhere.

Large store, with lots of product! Staff are friendly, without being annoying/invasive. Didn't have what we were looking for, so they didn't get 5 stars

Long time surf retail store with a reputation that stands the test of time. With the up to 75% off sale atm, im the best dad in the world so my daughter just said walking out with 3 new outfits and a new scate board.

Your ignorance as to how to measure social distancing is dangerous! 266 is IMPOSSIBLE! I refer you to guidelines on website acapmag.com.au as to how to measure correctly! Your answer of 266 would be laughable if not so serious. Your store fixtures, staff numbers and allowances for movement of customers would be a small fraction of that number. I recommend you recalculate before you find you breach guidelines.

Crispin was so helpful and friendly and my hubby Hendo got the boardies he was looking for! So happy, he bought 2 pairs!

Greeted by 4 staff at the front door, 1 staff behind cash register. She promptly walked away. I had my cash in my hand, so of course I left, with another staff member saying, "Have a nice day".

The shop looks so beautiful and enjoyable. You can find clothes for the whole family with nice brands and a good variety of different styles. Also, there is one level of Sale with amazing deals to everyone.
Highly recommended for shopping.

Stuff that should be ordered in as soon as you run out. But these people would rather waist my time. Absolutely nothing in stock for me, so im now buying my new surfboard from the sunshine coast. This place isnt good enough.

Love this store! Up stairs has the markdown section - worth a look. Great how they offer afterpay in store now as well. Biggest range of clothing - both man and women I’ve come across for a surf/street smart store.

Best Selection of surf hardware on the coast, plus they stock Superbrand and have every board model! Yew!
