KIRRA SURF

Had my board knocked off 2 days before Christmas and the guys were a great help with the replacement today. Have purchased 5 boards here previously and will always come back. Huge selection, great people.

Staff just socialising. 2 guys and a girl flirting. And no sunnies for surfing. Wow, what an underwhelming surf store.

A great Sunday lunch the chicken Parma burger was the best, friendly staff and beautiful view thank you Kirra surf club. And won the meat raffle too

I got a wetsuit there it is the best wetsuit I’ve ever had it is a little big but I’ll grow into it. I don’t think that I’ve ever been to this good of a surf shop I’ll get my next board here for sure. I’m 13 and impressed with how the shop looks and how nice the workers are. Honestly I think it’s just a great shop

One of the worst service experience I've had. Just bought a faulty wetsuit and try to return it. They said they had to send the wetsuit to the factory and would take around four weeks. I explained I was leaving Australia and couldn’t wait that long. No help to solve the problem. Just kept the faulty product.

Great store with everything you could want. Staff were super helpful and nice, 2nd largest surf store in the world apparently. There is a clearance section upstairs for the bargain hunters. Worth a visit.

I heard so many good things about this place and finally got to go see for myself, sadly i was dissapointed, i found it to be over priced, staff prefered to stand behind the counter rather than interact with customers and when asking them a question it seemed they were either tired, bored or just didnt want to be there.just rude.

Friendly staff who are happy to help. The range of everything from surfboards to thongs is first class and have good sales.

Been a regular customer for ages and used to love how you could always get a bargain on older stock. They have a sale section that is meant to be up to 75% off but anything remotely near that discount is rubbish and anything decent is only slightly discounted. Looks like greed has taken over and the party is over.

Excellent service, my parents went in to purchase a product for their grandson. They had no experience or product knowledge but were correctly informed and given something he’ll love and use for years. Thank you for taking the time and care to serve and inform them

Two experiences in the last 4 days at Kirra Surf.

First terrible, no change room service from any staff. They were all on floor, one behind the counter and didn’t move.

My wife (pregnant) and I were trying on products, neither of us got any help.

We reluctantly returned the second time to exchange something. The second time was better, Crispin saw to us and provided excellent service. I was shocked to learn he wasn’t the store manager for someone with such experience and knowledge of the products.

Great store with a huge selection of surf wear. Lots of really great quality clothing, staff very helpful.

Great shop its massive some very good bargains to be had very nice friendly staff excellent customer service you should pop in here and check it out

This is a Surf Dive n Ski shop. Look, I've never been disappointed here. The staff are well trained, very helpful and friendly. Matt at the back desk is really down to earth and helpful. Happy to see that the store seems to have survived the uncertain times of Covid 2020.
