KFC Calamvale

The Worst KFC chicken have done in 10 years, all their franchise has Super SALTY Chicken! Salty that can damage our liver for eating too much Salt. I strongly suggest pple to go for MoMo fried chicken as better quality and not too salty.

KFC standard has plummeted to the worst!

Useless at time management. Been waiting 20 minutes for my food while they just laze around. No organisation and not prepared for anyone to walk in the doors. Some of us only have 30 minute smoko breaks and yous make us wait the half hour and we don’t even get to eat our food. So either sack these lazy kids or motivate them to be better. It’s why they can’t get a job outside of fast food cause there uselsss

Food isnt the best quality even for takeaway standards, very poor service always get our orders wrong and staff are quite rude i normally wouldn't be phased by this behaviour from takeaway restaurants but ive had enough of this particular KFC the food always seems to be old or poorly prepared, i won't be returning till they can get there act together even when the drive through is empty they still take forever to serve me and get my order ready and even when there busy the chicken still doesnt seem fresh, would recommend going to browns plains KFC or another nearby store i used to oove kfc but after so many negative experiences i cant stand it anymore!

Claimed they had a problem with eftpos machine when no body attended drive thru which is a lie because the customer who came after me to the other drive thru lane was served before me no problem for some reason. After that customer was served i still waited in the other lane to be served, still nothing so went to the other lane but no service. Had to go to the windown to be served. Terrible

They forgot out drinks in our delivery and refunded us 15% which wouldn't even cover the price of both drinks (which we upsized as well)

I've been waiting an hour and a half for a original chicken burger bro! I tried calling them but they have stopped people from calling them! This is ridiculous!

Worst KFC ever, they forever seem to miss items out, food is always stale like it's been sitting hours, an they never seem to have all food items available,

Went to your store and was told that there was no wicked wings, then no original chicken or original fillets.

Shoutout to the guy who swapped my zinger burger out for a zinger crunch burger after the burger was ordered, literally a living legend, love you man

World worst kfc. Staff who work at drive through don't have manners. They really don't know how to talk with customers.the store manager should teach them how to behave with customers otherwise people will stop going to this store. Never coming back to this place again.

Bought 10 pieces of hot and spicy chickens, all came with dried wings and drum sticks. Chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller.

Best service I’ve come across for a long time. I am a senior with a condition who’s not so tech savvy. Cameron this young gentleman behind the counter assisted in loading the KFC app into my iPhone. Helped with all my orders with ease. Excellent job.

Given that 90% of your staff that work here are high school age do you think it’s appropriate that all their masks are pulled down underneath their noses?

When it comes to caring for customers, this branch is very in upsetting them. When the drive-thru staff asks you to drive around to the front and wait for your order, don't do it! Cancel your order or get something else available at the spot. They will make you wait forever, make you turn your engine off, make you get out of the car, make you walk to the counter, make you wait in line, in order to tell them that they had forgot about you. That is what happened to me today. I also found that my order was actually ready, sitting on the back bench staring at you, and they just did not want to take it to you.

3 times we have gone to KFC Calamvale and let me tell you, each time got worse.
1st time we went through the drive thru, we were told a 6 mins wait on chicken and to wait at the front. Waited the 6 mins until one staff came out and asked the car beside me if xny was his order (I could not hear what the specific order was, otherwise I would have waved him down) the man said no so the young staff boy looked at my car which was parked right at the front of the kfc door and then walked back inside with the order. I just assumed it must be someone else’s. 15 mins had past and so I walked in, took about 2 mins until someone came and assisted me. The young staff boy said he didn’t see my car. I didn’t even get an apology.
2nd time we waited at the 2nd window for 5 mins and you can clearly see the staff just standing there chatting and laughing, considering there was a huge line up behind us. I’m all for enjoying yourselves at work but not just standing there laughing.
3rd and very last time I’ll ever come back they gave us our order (3 peice box and zinger popcorn combo) got home and no chips!
Note to self, always check order before leaving any takeout places.
The staff are rude, clueless and if only the management knew what they were up to, unless the management are clueless themselves.

We had a terrible experience today. The drive through staff told us the wings are taking extra 10 minutes to cook so we can wait at the front and they will bring the order to us. We waited but nothing happened so my husband had to go into the store to ask for the order while all the staff in the kitchen are walking around casually. (There were heaps of people waiting) Apart from the terrible service, the order itself is even worse. Everything is cold apart from the wings. And the wings have a funny taste and texture. The burgers are dry af. The chips are soggy and cold like they were soaked in the cold water. The mash and gravy of course is cold too.

For a fast food joint this KFC ticks important boxes. Fast and efficient staff and pleasant customer service

Burger was good, service was quick, place was pretty clean but laughable when told you can't have a bacon zinger as the machine is broken and we have run out of bacon. Devastated.

Place was deserted when we ordered including the drive thru, yet my order still took 15 mins to come out.
The store was out of bacon at 4.30pm.
Chips were incorrectly sized and horribly cold. Was given fresh chips when I brought this to the attention of staff, who seemed less than enthused to be at work.

Stopped here for apparent convenience but will drive through to Brown's Plains next time. Avoid this one.

Ordered a zinger box and a tenders box. The zinger box was fine but the tenders box had chips, a burger and one piece of chicken? Got charged full price when the box wasn’t even the same.
