KFC Calamvale

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken. I received 3 pieces of chicken thighs and 3 tiny pieces of chicken wings. These are the smallest pieces of chicken I bought from kfc. Something is really wrong here. Definitely not coming back.

Visited this KFC for dinner. They were playing extremely loud rock music which I don’t think they should be playing. Ordered Chicken, wings and burgers. Chicken was dead cold. Also we had placed order as dine in and the server denied us plates/boats. Even though they it in stock, they simply said no! Please adhere to the quality standards of your food and ambiance and train the staff.

I had online order and went drive. Through, the guy name called Xavier prepared my order I have requested any sauce available, he started using foul language using F word many times and saying do you want steal it which is irrelevant, omg I have never come across such a nasty service I have complained to the store manager, even he won’t feel shame that his staff unacceptable attitude… And I have argued will complain this the Xavier fellow yelling at me go away from here, what a ridiculous service and experience with this staff.this is second time experience with the rude staff and the guy no hygienic looks junky and throws the food at his co worker and playing while customer waiting… Ban this KFC and don’t go here it’s very very bad kfc calamvale… Also this guy Xavier hasn’t properly packed 15 wings he just gave me 11 wings, I was shocked after coming back home and see the food quantity…. Friends don’t go this place is junk of people.

I really felt for the staff as I was standing there waiting to order and all of a sudden you here `` get the f. K out of my f.ing kitchen going f.k off. Wow not what you expect to hear then no chicken fillets and what chicken we did receive was dripping with oil

Very rude staff and worst place to do your order online. They make you wait purposely even after ordering online much in advance.
I will not recommend this place for your order.

If you want to eat food thats been thrown around and bouncing off employees shirts this is the place to go. What a joke came to get food, just to watch a bunch of employees throwing food at each other and putting it back into the customers foods.

Absolute circus tried ordering a family feast they had low stock no large potato and gravy so they offered a small gravy lol we asked the manger could we have two small graves to replace the large potato and gravy and she said no and laughed at us it was very rude they had music on that loud I could hardly hear anything how can KFC allow the restaurant to be run by rude kids me and my wife walked out and went and got Chinese food glad we did I'll never use this calamvale store this was the 5th of august at 6.10pm

Chips was undercooked and soggy as with the nuggets. Chicken over cooked and quite dry. Only thing ok was the coleslaw. The staffs are a joke just mucking about with the food.

Couldn’t write a review until I gave a star. 0star from me. Young girl on front counter wouldn’t know customer service if it hit her in the face. Disgusting customer service and then they talk about you while you are there. Seriously get some people that are professional and willing to work

Waited for over an hour and got told the order couldn't be fulfilled. Why accept orders when you can't fulfil them? Not the first time it had happened too. Will never order from this store again, too bad I couldn't give them a zero star.

The team did a great job with getting customers through quickly and efficiently.
Good service, accurate order delivery with the food hot and fresh.
Very happy customer.

Fantastic food happy staff pumping the tunes while me and my son were having lunch only gave a four because the girl at the front counter didn't take our order correctly and had to repeat myself a number of times then we had hot in spicy in one box and original in the other. Still best KFC I been to for quite some time keep up the good work guys! Thank you

Going to KFC is a weekly reward for our children and for the first 6 months of living in Calamvale we went to the Calamvale KFC. In a 6 month period of going weekly we have never once been given the correct order. Either there were 1 or 2 items missing or the entire order was wrong. To add to that, the chicken is by far the worst we have ever had, the quality is worse than prison food. We now travel 2 suburbs away to reward our kids with KFC because the one in Calamvale is a joke.

I have been to this KFC location on a number of occasions as I live local whether it be during the day or evening.

I can honestly state that each time I’ve been there and ordered through both dine in and through the drive-thru that my family and I have been provided with the incorrect orders every time and we’ve constantly had items that we have ordered missing.

I have quite a large family and when we place an order our usual spend there ranges from $70 to $100 and over.
For the amount spent there and constantly having to return, or we drive through and constantly have to go into the venue to collect our items that are missing this is completely unacceptable.

I’ve called on several occasions throughout the day and there this location is constantly uncontactable.
I even spoke to staff and have been cut off only to call back and my call rings out.we will not be returning.

It's too ridiculous that it shows too far to deliver it to sunnybank hills on Uber Eat.

The chicken wasn't adequately fried. It was too oily, which implies it didn't fully fry. It gives me diarrhea. I've wondered whether they have managers to overwatch how they cook it or do they even have training at all.

The screen that shows the orders are being prepared are not reliable, just go to the counter and check your orders regularly

Customer service was bad, staff not friendly at all. I requested for a certain chicken pieces, and even if they weren't to accomodate that, at least just smile and speak nicely, not walk away with a grumpy face.

Every single time our order is wrong. I understand employing young kids has its challenges, as I also employ young kids, but if they got it wrong every single time, I would be out of business. Please assist them to get better.

The food was lovely, fresh and hot. I'd like to know why we only got 2 pieces of chicken in each box when we ordered and paid for 2 x 3 piece boxes. We paid for the 3 piece boxes so we should have got 3 pieces, but we both got two pieces. I think that was pretty rude and we felt ripped off.
