I wanted to challenge myself physically and mentally to prove to my self that I can commit to difficult tasks. Under the guidance of Martin (Head Coach) I gained the skills to be able to fight my way through controlled sparring and ring craft. I have never been in a fight before I started training with Karma, after the correct training and discipline I was able to prove to my self that through commitment comes success (by competing in the Preacher Fight Night 10, and winning). Additionally I apply the same strong mindset in perseveriance and confidence in my tertiary studies and every day life to overcome challenges, which I learnt from not just Martin but the entire team down at Karma Muay Thai. I highly reccomend this establishment as a place everyone should think of being a part of and connecting with due to the opportunities (in life lessons) that are provided everyday without-a-doubt, and additionally a fun, exciting, challenging way get fit, AND STAY FIT! Very positive atmosphere. Trainers seem passionate and enthusiastic to help out and provide advice to students. The other students of this gym are also very helpful and friendly.

The most welcoming gym I've been too. Great atmosphere and all the coaches are fantastic with clear and regular instructions. The classes are rooted in technique while also giving a great workout. Couldn't reccomend the gym more.

The equipment and facilities are high quality and maintained to as high a standard. I recommend this place regularly as it is a great environment for anyone looking to get fit, learn, build or refine skills alongside a great group of People.

Absolutely the best place to be for training, no matter if you're a beginner, amateur, pro-fighter or even top of the line fighter. The atmosphere is amazing, and the trainers are friendly, professional, and motivating! Where else would a world champion or top trainer put the same effort in for a newbie as for a pro fighter? !? Best gym around, lovely customer service, training is great and membership is pretty cheap it’s a good as deal and the gym may be tiny but it packs a punch no pun intended

Best gym around for all ages. Absolutely no judgements or bullying and members are like family. Trainers all have fight experience and are super helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
