29Needs more games, there was a power surge when I was there and I was halfway through a game no staff came around and offered any free games or anything. The wheel of fortune game needs to be recalibrated, would land on 50 tickets and you would get 30 lol. Fairly underwhelming experience unfortunately.
It's a great place to take your kids and have a play on the video games, but having been there a few times now the games haven't changed over the last 6 months and need a change.
We had our sons 9rh birthday party here and what a great idea.
Great space allocated for birthday events.
Customer service was great with helpful staff ready to assist when needed.
For a relaxed birthday where children are entertained this is a place to go.
Thanks Erin
My granddaughter loves this place. So do i why she plays i have a sneak basking Robin icecream
Lots of fun and helpful staff. Had a dodgy card, but the fixed it up and reset the time for the inconvenience. Sooo much fun with the kids.
Arcades! Baskin Robbins here as well. Good ice cream. Arcade doesn't quite capture the dingy timeless arcade feeling though.
This is the best way to entertain kids from for a while and not too expensive. Staff are really friendly and, even though it's new, still well maintained.
Enjoyable place but VIP system is tainted, no names, no emails, no replacements of lost/stolen cards. Your money is just gone if you lose your card and all they offer is a fresh start with 0 points.
I don't understand how such a new business can have so many broken and faulty machines. First time I visited I had to see the staff 3 times about machine problems. Second time both racing games were out of order and the operational one was undriveable due to woefully calibrated steering wheel. I'll spend my remaining credit in Brisbane. Disappointing.
