Negatives. It's quite small, you finish playing every game that's actually working pretty quickly, games are missing balls to play with, it's pretty expensive for whats there
Positives. The claw machines are set somewhat tightly so winning is actually possible, prizes are priced well so your kids can get quite alot of things for the tickets they earn, service was friendly.

My grand daughter and I had a great time here. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place

Not a fun experience. Lanes seem warped and the bowling balls are not of quality (cracked and chipped), couches are more tape than couch. Was also accused of buying juveniles alcohol even though we had nothing to do with them, and kitchen closed at 645pm which was very inconvenient for a Friday night with friends. Not impressed. Will not be returning after this evening.

Arcade - Laser Tag - Food - Drinks - Ten Pin Bowling - All in one safe location. Games could be a bit quieter apart from that had a great time.

Jay jay is my favourite worker and deserves a pay raise he makes iplay the place to be on a thursday night and the place is a fun clean environment

Great for party’s or a family fun centre. Heaps of arcades and good prizes. Baskin-Robbins is also in the store. Highly recommend d and is very fun.

It's quite good, definitely do the deals if you can afford it. There's always one machine broken or playing up though.

Called into IPlay Toowoomba on a recent visit to catch up with family from overseas. Was really surprised at how much fun it actually was.

Terrible! Unless you spend a fortune you can only play some games. They took over half an hour to make 4 icecreams. Service was terrible.

Although this place was super fun! You don't actually accumulate tickets to win bigger prices. You pay for the tickets at the start and that's all you get, even if you win heaps of games. It sucked not getting actual tickets from the games to. It's all on scanning cards at this arcade.

Very good place good to have a good arcade in toowoomba very nice workers great collection of games and always different ticket it's each week best of all they have ice-cream yay

Best 25 for 30 bucks I every spent I had my 45 th birthday this week and going to this place with a 7 year old I felt 19 I had a awesome time

A few games weren't working but kept taking credit from the card. Would be nicer to have a larger range of things for smaller kids to enjoy too but understandably it is limited with space. Average service and definately not very well kept up with covid regulations. You couldn't even social distance if you tried and machines were not regularly cleaned

Seems as though there is less and less games every time we go, most of staff seem like they don't want to be there.

Was a little disappointed turned up at 9pm on Friday night thinking we had an hour of play time left for our son's 10th birthday but was told sorry we close at 9pm now! The place had quite a few in there who all had to leave aswell. Please update your website when opening times change as we planned our night to finish up here

Bazinga arcade is alot better. The card you would only work after 10-20 swipes, staff are unhelpful with young children picking prizes.

It was my first time visiting iplay so to be expected I wasn’t sure what to do when loading money on to the card and checking the balance. The staff member I asked for help was extremely rude. She saw us struggling to check our card and turned away without saying a word, and when we asked, she so rudely replied ‘you don’t check there’. Later on, we wanted to use our points to buy something- she turned around to see us at the counter and just turned her head back around so she didn’t have to serve us and pretend we weren’t there. Another staff served us then. We had a great time at iplay but such a shame the staff member left a bad taste in our mouths.

Not a bad play for the kids but I only recommend the racing, shooting games or air hockey to get your money's worth. The others are mostly dodgy and not worth the game cost nor the "free" tickets.

I love this place i take my granddaughter she loves it.i have an icecream why I wait for her to finish playing.
