Love this place. Can never go without leaving with something, normally something i didn't want or need! Everything was in stock that i did need! Only rated 4 due to the fact when picking from the isles they were very confusing, muddled up and not where the said items should have been, so had to shuffle through things a touch.no team member on hand to give assistance either.

Click and Collect. I messed up the time zone. Most understanding and well-organised customer service crew got it sorted. Fantastic, will definitely be back.

No accountability if a product is manufactured faulty. Made 3 2 hour round trips for the same issue on the bed. Wouldn’t even check if there was replacement stock before I made the trip and refused to check if the new bed had the same issue. Twice I asked to speak to a manager and was refused.

I generally don’t like IKEA products, this time my wife decided to buy an entire bedroom from them. I started assembling the bed to find that there are no bed slats or the central beam.
It was my first time to buy a bed without slats, although the sales lady asked us what type of slats to chose for our order. I thought it was missing so headed for the customer support and after waiting for almost 40 minutes with one counter only operating at 05: 00 pm. I was told oh your order does not include the slats and the central beam. Why on earth is that central beam is not part of the bed package I have no idea. They told me already that should have been included in the order and the sales lady made a mistake. I went in the warehouse and managed to find only the slats and no central beam, which I was told later it is available at north lakes store.

Added to the time required to assemble that strange bed, I spent two days trying to chase missing parts when I should have been told in the first place. Hopefully, this is the last time I have to deal with IKEA.

They have improved so much from years ago when I first went there for a visit. I love how the items are displayed on the shelves, well-organised and efficient use of space.

Kitted out our place with IKEA and looks great. Not sure where the Allen key life went as most things needed a Phillips head but have a couple handy so not an issue. Easy to put together all things.

Bad customer service. We had an unopened product we bought too many by accident, had lost the receipt and was told they can’t return it without receipt. Only after I said I had proof of the transaction on my bank statement they decided they would accept the refund.

Next time be honest from the beginning & let people know proof of transactions are an option instead of receipts only. Nobody holds onto receipts.

All was pleasant until we wanted to buy three bottles of mustard for the large signed price of $2 each only to be charged $12 by the surly food section cashier. The sign of $2 was visible from the cashier but she refused the transaction as she insisted on having the manager come to the till. Meanwhile we waited and waited at the till whilst many other customers came through. No show manager In the end we gave it a way as a lost cause.
Again, good old aussie service!

Fast and efficient pick up service. Ordered my counter top online, chose my time and date that was suitable for me. Rocked up and within minutes got presented with the trolley loaded with the flatpack ready to go. Wow!

I bought a dinning room suite from Ikea and was having it delivered for a fee. They sent me a msg to say it would be delivered between 7am and 11 am and the driver would ring me half an hour to an hour before he delivers. When I had heard nothing by 11am I rang Ikea and if it hadn't been for the driver ringing me at 1pm I would still be on hold to Ikea. Very very poor customer service

This was literally a one stop shop! After heading there to fit out a unit, deciding which shops we were going to buy from in the complex….
We stepped into IKEA and didn’t need to go anywhere else!
Lots of kitchen gadgets and storage ideas, as well as colour scheme design ready to choose from - makes the whole experience a lot easier!

So frustrated after spending thousands and no customer service. Qld is not in lockdown so why can't you answer your phones? 4 calls 5 hours and I'm mentally exhausted

I ordered Ikea products over $2500 online and expected it to deliver to my place on the arranged date. However after the whole day waiting at home, no delivery came and not even a call to tell me if the truck was coming or not. Tried to call IKEA Logan for over 5 times, each time needs to wait for over 30 mins and still no one picked up! Are you a scam!? !

Friendly environment, I like how couples & families like to go window shopping here especially at times like this. My wife hates it but that's because she's swedish.
We try to make a day of it, suppose like everyone else & finish it off with something to eat at the restaurant. It's worth the walk around this mecca of a maze & you can't leave without a full tummy ever! Cause the meatballs are a mazing.

Always enjoy Ikea. Had a nice lunch there, that was the only reason I went there on this occasion. What annoys me is there is no easy, quick way out and forcing an elderly person, like me, to walk ALL the way through their rabbit warren is cunning on their part but annoying for me. Come on Ikea this needs to change!

My first and last time at ikea. The item I wanted, said its available at the store, so I get there and that's not the case. Most of the staff was friendly, IF you can find one. Spent way too much time looking for a staff member, gave up in the end.the female staff member at the shower caddy area this morning needs improvement on her customer assistant manners.her one word answers to my enquiries regarding products and her lack of interest in me was very evident and just rude. Good prices on many small items though but poor staff availability for such a huge store. I'm glad I went there but I'm definitely not going back. Thanks for the unpleasant experience!

For occasional ikea visitors like myself, be prepared to spend an entire day and kings ransom.

The map means nothing as you battle through the endless showrooms.

My only tip: get a trolley early, you will need it later.

Also, go the meatballs and banoffee pie.
