IKEA Logan External (Yellow Tag) Pickup Warehouse

So many things.all mostly useless and you're forced to walk through all the isles to try and get you to impulse buy.meatballs are alright though!

After not going for a few years I came back on the 7th of January, 2024 and I got a Blåhaj, as I am writing this my Blåhaj which I named Finn is in my bed with me and she is amazing:)

Dissapointing, quality has dropped along with the usual maze and frustration to get out of there. They set a good rabbit trap, but it is also extremely frustrating. Probably our last in person visit.

We tried the meat ball. It was really great. I recommend it. And it is a good experience to see some ideas for home, rooms etc.

I was delivered a wrong furniture piece but support team helped me so much and I’m really happy with IKEA customer service. Thx to a lovely call manager from support team?

Good place to find just the right stuff for your home! Plenty of choice! The pickup point for large items now seems to have a 30 minute wait!

Last Tuesday approximately 11am. Went to the spare parts/pick up counter.met the ultimate Karen. Middle Aged Woman with a horrible attitude at the spare parts counter, gave me a 10 minute lecture and demanded to know where my receipt was, where I lost the parts (?), questioned ‘how do we know you brought it here? ’ And acted as though the parts were coming out of her own money!
We were more than happy to pay for the parts and had come in because we had inquired on the phone and were told the replacements parts were free.

We travelled over 100km to come in to get this stuff and have been many times before, but won’t again after this.

So much drama from a woman who thought she owned the spare parts.

This woman shouldn’t be working in customer service because her attitude is absolutely appalling!

Great store, however I couldn't lift any of the Flatpack furniture and was unsure of my options regarding this. I ended up getting overwhelmed and leaving with just some small items. I think it would be good to have little signs everywhere explaining options

I love IKEA, I love the space, unique selection of products and payment options available to pay by instalments, that's just amazing. Always enjoying their wonderful and healthy food options, such a pleasure to see that menu is changing and there are new things to try along with classics that everyone loves. Such a cosy and romantic spot on the terrace to have a beautiful breakfast in the comfortable outdoor set. Will be coming back shortly!

Even though you need a six pack and a cut lunch to walk through it, they had what we were looking for.

While inside is nice and you need a few hours to get around, when you get to the checkout be prepared to scan every item you have, when asked if they had any no self scan registers open the reply was no you need to use them. Was quite disappointed as we both work in retail and had 100 items to scan which with self scan took longer. Had at least 15 others at same time looking for a manned register.

SELF SCAN IS NOT THE ONLY OPTION, OPEN A MANED REGISTER.

Was very fast, unfortunately when u do click n collect the email never mentions that you have to go to the warehouse.

We got told by one of the Ikea employees to 'take your child off the bed' when we put our baby on a display toddler bed to test it out. Thought Ikea was a family friendly place? Obviously not the case. Adults sitting around on couches and beds testing them out yet got told off for putting baby on the bed? I don't see you telling adults off to get off the beds/couches? Something is very wrong here. Well Ikea you might not care but you lost customers today. We will never shop or buy anything from you again. We ended up putting back everything that was in our trolley. We will not waste our time here again.

Super bad! We ordered funitures on April 11, and made the delivery on April 21.2 days before our moving day i confirmed the order, everything good.
But! The cancelled the order on our moving day! Can you imagine what this worst company do?
And they canceled order but never even a email or a call, and we just waited here, if we never checked our account, we never knew that!

Fast pick up. Product was ready less than 10 minutes after paying up through self serve check out.

#IKEA manufacturing fault. A picture would be better than thousands of words. I bought two Hemnes beds, one is good while the other one's bed frame has a manufacturing fault as the beam connection/joint holes are on the wrong side. This does not represent the Scandinavian identity, if there is any. Please note this is a product manufacturing problem, before the widely-complained delivery problem (the delivery was genuinely a headache btw).

What a fantastic warehouse. Friendly staff and happy to help out with all my needs. They were quick and looked after me very well. I will be buying all of my candles from here from now on. I just wish that I could spend more time here now my wife left me for our pool cleaner. Long love ikea, long live Sweden.

Yes I bought lot of stuff my kitchen and double beds. Very good place lot of parking facilities
