Don't go here if you are in a hurry, you are normally stuck in a cue for 5-10minutes because they won't put on extra staff to work the till.
To rub it in, there are self-serve checkouts installed but they won't let you use them.

Giant sign says 7am opening, tiny piece of paper on window with different hours saying 8am opening, maybe take down the big sign?

Horrible service. There is only 1 person manning the butcher counter. The customer in front of me made a large purchase and it took forever. I have to wait like 10 minutes.

Not impressed at all. We picked up a miso which was marked $5.99, but got charged $7.49 at checkout. When we went back for an explanation, we were told that it was our fault for not checking the product against the barcode! They even shamelessly hinted that we should not always expect a product to match its price label directly underneath, because, guess what, it was up to the customer to check the Barcode!
Utterly unimpressed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Nice supermarket with a great selection, however today at the checkout they were giving out ice-cream but only to Asian customers to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival. My friend from Shanghai in front was given ice-cream but not me. There was no explanation either.so odd.

This is the second time I bought Oyster from here and again they are all rotten. Considering they costed $29.99 I would thought the quality would be better. Never shop here again

I am shocked, you replaced 3 bags of hash browns with peas why would I want peas. Papertowel with bleach, mushroom soup with tomato, Charlie's 2l juice with a bottle of fanta and 56 litre bin liners with 35 litre, which of course don't fit my bin. Then I'm told that I can't get a refund. This is pure theft. So annoyed

This is store is not very decent. The lamb chops they gave me have really big bones and lots of fat (one piece doesn’t even look like chop at all) that are not suppose in the lamb chops. Or their Butcher needs a really good training. Not happy with how they rip off their customers. Unfortunately I can’t share the photos here, otherwise everyone would agree with me.

I went there looking for a deodorant special. They didn't have any deodorant at all and there was nobody around to even ask about it

All the staff did not listen to me. When I said don't do that, they did not even listen a word of me, EVERY TIME!

The cashier name Rita or Rina is really need to be trained again in many ways… She ask me my phone number many times（i think more than 3 times), and I need to speak to her my number by numbers. If she can’t speak English well enough or even basis, she shouldn’t not be in cashier position. And the way she pack my stuff is terrible….

What a shame IGA now put someone can’t speak English in the front line… She can’t get the smoke I want, just smile and shake her head said she doesn’t know… even not call help! I have been buy cigarettes there for many times, this is First! Btw her name is Ria.thank you for giving me such great experiences….

Poor Quality Seafood - I bought whiting fillets for my little 1.5 year old for dinner and when we got home to cook it, it was off.it has such an awful smell and it was slimy. I am so surprised that the staff did not notice. It was so obvious that it was off and not fit for consumption. They work with seafood all day, they should know better. I was so very disappointed that I didn’t have anything to feed my baby. Customers. Check their quality of their food in the deli department, especially their seafood. It has definitely put me off buying fresh produce from them.

Extremely rude customer service from one of the staff in the buthcher section. Asked for 3kg of pork bones in 1kg bag each and he told me that charges will apply for extra bags used for the pork bones. Told him that even Woolworths and Coles will do that for me when I buy their products without chaging extra and he told me that I don't have to buy it then.
The other staff present was much better and explained their policy so I ended up still buying the products.
It's such a shame to have such rude as staff sometimes where they help employers lose business.

Sometimes, I go to IGA but cashier was really not nice! Poor customer service! Her name is ciwi! She needs to learn how to treat customers

I went to IGA Runcorn at 9: 45 pm. I went to Delli Section to buy the meat the guy I don’t no is name but he is so rude at me and said we are close they are supposed to close at 10: 00 pm but the guy said this. I felt soo bad today and I never go back to that place

I don't know what is it with this place, it's alwayse so crowded ugly and smells the worst like literally smells rhe worst' i hate it!

I'd give zero stars if I could just spent 5 minutes waiting to buy smokes only to then be told I had to go stand inline which was 15 people deep unless your Asian or want to be treated like a second class citizen for being Aussie don't waste your time

I like this place but fish part some one sell for wrong to expensive for salmon head about $10
He what is thingking about customer also befor price cheap but some popularity they price to much up! This thing nobody want they just put frozen. I hope so price just keep and sell good and fresh
