IGA Runcorn reviews
58What a shame IGA now put someone can’t speak English in the front line… She can’t get the smoke I want, just smile and shake her head said she doesn’t know… even not call help! I have been buy cigarettes there for many times, this is First! Btw her name is Ria.thank you for giving me such great experiences….
The best IGA we've ever been to! There's great range of quality and fresh produce. Definitely worth paying a visit.
An excellent selection of Asian products in this store, but the quality of the meats are not great for the prices. Particularly from the deli section.
I do not fell welcome in this place at all. Unfortunately. They have a big potencial due a nice location and for being part of IGA group. Staff are not friendly even when we asked for help many times. This used to happens in different occasions. Also their phone has a poor cold automatic service.
Poor Quality Seafood - I bought whiting fillets for my little 1.5 year old for dinner and when we got home to cook it, it was off.it has such an awful smell and it was slimy. I am so surprised that the staff did not notice. It was so obvious that it was off and not fit for consumption. They work with seafood all day, they should know better. I was so very disappointed that I didn’t have anything to feed my baby. Customers. Check their quality of their food in the deli department, especially their seafood. It has definitely put me off buying fresh produce from them.
Extremely rude customer service from one of the staff in the buthcher section. Asked for 3kg of pork bones in 1kg bag each and he told me that charges will apply for extra bags used for the pork bones. Told him that even Woolworths and Coles will do that for me when I buy their products without chaging extra and he told me that I don't have to buy it then.
The other staff present was much better and explained their policy so I ended up still buying the products.
It's such a shame to have such rude as staff sometimes where they help employers lose business.
Hi there on the 12th June 2021 I visited your shop to purchase milk between paying for my item and walking back to my car I have lost my wallet if it has been handed in please can it be returned light Gray with cards no.cash inside has address on back of license
This is normally a great asian focused local IGA, with a good range of produce, groceries and other items. Its in a convenient location in an area where the other supermarket chains (woolies and coles) havent realised they should be focusing their offerings on who actually lives locally. I quite enjoy being able to source the food i like to eat, and my taiwanese partner enjoys doing the same.
I have found that the seafood is not always as fresh as it could be, and that there isnt as much western grocercies as other IGAs with some basic things missing, like certain cuts of meat or vegetables, or a particular shape of pasta. Im more than happy to forgive it because of the broad range of asian ingredients it offers, as a smaller supermarket cant stock everything.
However, over the last two weeks, there havent been enough trolleys available when we've gone shopping, which has made it very hard to do a big shop, and quite frustrating because I literally cannot purchase all the stuff i want to buy. I hope that the owners notice this issue and rectify it soon.
A better shopping experience than Woolworths. They don't make you 'scan your own groceries' and the staff are friendlier. Thanks IGA
Great range of products and services and very clean. Aisles are spacious like a regular supermarket but still stock all the Asian products. Fresh section is very clean and no smell like other Asian supermarkets. Highly recommend.
Sometimes, I go to IGA but cashier was really not nice! Poor customer service! Her name is ciwi! She needs to learn how to treat customers
The best IGA I have every been to friendly services and staff was help full and the manager couldn’t do a enough to help me and fast services and fresh fruits and
Vegetable and I have no fault at this place I be back
I went to IGA Runcorn at 9: 45 pm. I went to Delli Section to buy the meat the guy I don’t no is name but he is so rude at me and said we are close they are supposed to close at 10: 00 pm but the guy said this. I felt soo bad today and I never go back to that place
I absolutely love the fresh choice of seafood and meat on display. I highly recommend to shop here. I also like the hot food selection when looking for a quick lunch.
Their staff are very helpful, we can buy a lot asian groceries that we cannot find in local shopping mall. They also sell sea foods, very fresh!
Has the essentials and fufils its role as a grocery store however can get very crowded, making the overall experience a bit difficult at times (parking and traffic becomes terrible).
Good location very reasonable price and we love buying our seafood from there always fresh and good customer service
There are lots of Chinese foods and some korean, Japanese foods. Also you can enjoy fresh fishes.
Biggest IGA I've ever seen, they sell fresh fish as well here. I can say this is Chinese Australian IGA
I love this place near by a butcher you get fresh fish cleaned gutted sliced and vegetables to
