It very nice I love the burgers very tasty and yummy and niccce this is the first halal verify certificate in Calamvale I love hurry Jack's good location.

Consistenly cold food at all HJ outlets now.
This is the 3rd i've visited in 3 days.
Airport, Garden City U Mt Gravatt.
Alarming because of possibility of food poisoning.
Come on HJ.
Train your staff in basics of proper food preparation.
Burgers are NOT better at H Jacks!

When ordering food Inside such a long wait even the drive thru is just as ridiculous! Oh if you have a Hungry Jacks app voucher don’t bother, didn’t even work in there system when the girl was scanning my phone heaps of times for like 5 minutes she walked off then got another girl.

Long queues inside the store and equally as long in the drive thru. Went at 3pm, which should have been quiet time, with parents at school picking up their kids and kids just finishing school for the day, but service was painfully slow.

Hungry Jack's Is Awesome the burgers are better that's for sure. I only just sat down and my food was ready yay. It's a good size play ground and has toilets of course.

It's got lot of parking space, public restrooms friendly staff and good food. Yeah definitely great fast food place.

Customer service was pathetic and rude from both general team members and the manager. The young girl serving me was lovely but everything else was horrid and sad. Working in customer service myself it was hard to watch.

Chips were terrible, hamburger cold and taste less, sundae chocolate ice cream had spec of chocolate on it, but had not eaten all day so I ate it.

Easy parking and access. Big open putlet.great service food comes out hot. Friendly staff most obliging. Nice atmosphete just to sit n chill and eat.

Terrible service, lady who served me wasn’t very polite, did not seem happy to work there. Cook time was horrific, waited 30 minutes just for 3 burgers. Once we got it, the guy did not apologise for the long wait, not happy at all.

I've been to the HJ heaps of times. Food is usually pretty good, sometimes really good. But softdrink is always very very weird and not in a good way. I often get a HJ craving but I don't go because of the weird softdrink thing and that makes me sad: o (

Why is better then local McDonald's, because you get your food hot at Hungrys not lukewarm like at macas.

This is a very busy hungry jacks. Large lunch time crowd many worker's having their lunch break many eat at tbe tables provided inside. So can be busy at lunch but the staff and procedures organised and service is gopd

Bad customer service, didn’t get full order, when talked to store manager on the phone about not giving me whole order, he blamed me for not asking while I was in there. Very very disappointed

I dont recommend ever going here. Ive been sitting in this drive through for over 10 minutes. Waste of time and fuel.

Worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced, staff are rude as well as the managers.

The Algester store doesn’t comply with “the customer is always right” and show no sympathy for their poor work.

Complained about having green staining on my burger buns that looked like mould and had the whole situation dealt with poorly and unprofessionally. Was offered a replacement of ONE of the four burgers I purchased and was told it was my fault that I threw the burgers out.

Was spoken to porely and was insulted by childish employees. Worst experience from a fast food restaurant.

When hiring staff that are children, maybe ensure that they at least don’t act like it.
