Hungry Jack's

Service was good. They didn't have soft serves so we bought drumsticks instead. Good place to drive thru when hungry.

It was a worst experience with the service as I have asked for vegan wopper and the provide me simple wopper as I have told them they were laughing on me then also for conformation I have ask it vegan they told yes

Who have nose earring her attitude was so rude.
She couldn't a let us to order thru walk thru to buy coffee but we live local. And there was no sign saying they were closed at dining area.

It clearly on my receipt says i ordered a vanilla shake and yet i got a coke so i wasted my money on a drink i don’t even like

I’ve got to say the quality of burger is not as good as before, the bacon is even as hard as stone and it’s cold，not fresh at all.and the ketchup had to be charged, it’s free before. Even I was hungry, still not satisfied with this food.

Ordered extra shot, coffee tasted burnt like they stretched the shot on the machine. Was un drinkable. Got my order also wrong even when I tried to make sure. Should of taken back but had to go. Very disappointing

Waiting more than 30 mins. Ask the staff how long it will take but get an unknown reply, and finally choose to refund. Waste time!

Stupid stuff on drive-through
I was ordering on drive-through and the stuff didn’t respect and not responsible
When I was ordering I wasn’t finished my order and the stuff talk to another car when I was paying on the window I just said I didn’t finished my order the stuff she was a stupid grill
She was saying I have to drive back around she was really stupid I spent my time and she was saying drive around back to order again.
When we were paying about 89.74$
me and my family didn’t received our order we left
We drove back about about 3km to Calamvale McDonald’s and hopefully McDonald’s was close to us
Bad service and stupid stuff

The only thing me and my family saying she was a bollen grill and she ware glasses and a bit fat.

Food is just average, but at least one thing (sauce, chips, burger etc.) is missing on every delivery.

Waited for ages after we ordered. Everyone else seemed to get served before us even though they came in after us. Owner apologised and handed out mini ice creams as an apology. Chips were still cold.

If you eat at Hungry Jacks Algester, don't forget your pillow; you will have plenty of time to have a nap. 30 minutes waiting period. And, burguers are cold, why?

Burgers are not made properly. Most of the time the burgers are squashed and poorly assembled together.

Tell me if there is worst hungry jacks than algester brach? Its an absolute joke, girls on the phone and missed half of the order to pack.

Food was ok and the staff were friendly. On the downside, there was not a clean table in sight and floors were filthy. Time for a refurb Jack.

Absolute amazing service, was served by a young girl named Leah who was delightful, well on break she saw my son was to scared too order the food so she went and helped him and got his order out and ready in 2 mins, I couldn't praise her enough thank you so much, I recommend this store

The Algester Hungry Hacks is an actual joke. Literally have to wait a lifetime to get 1 meal. And when it arrives it’s cold af. Not to mention I thought the meat patty was my toy because it was so stiff. I’ve lived in Algester for 15 years now and it never used to be like this. Quite sad actually. And you call yourself Hungry Jacks pffft…….

Been going here for about 2 yrs and have finally had enough of their disgraceful service. Waited today 30min in drive thru (often ridiculously long waits) to get told at the window they can't supply my full order (No Shakes yet again - last 4 orders over 2 months they havent been available) and can't give me a refund due to ordering through their app. Do not recommend even if you are desperate avoid this store

Beef burgers are hit and mess, they can be way better. The coffee is worthless, just a machine pour not more. Most it's don't look like the photo advertised
