Awesome pool and awesome staff. A little busy in the afternoons with their squad training, but still a great place to enjoy a swim during the day.

Great indoor heated pool, large just revamped outdoor pool, and a great kids water area. All areas wheelchair accessible.

Had a kids bday party there. Some of the staff were really friendly at the entry. Life guards were aggressive and rude. Fight between lifeguard and parent nearly started because life guard aggressively abused child and parent retaliated. Facilities were good tho, bring goggles or your eyes will burn!

My daughter went to a birthday party here today and it was great. They hired an inflatable obstacle course for an hour and food was included in a really good price which is apart of the birthday package. Kids of all ages were having parties and an absolute ball.

If you're a couple looking for a nice relaxing swim or a tan. This is not the place you will want to visit.

Had a child's birthday party booked, they cancelled because of the weather, haven't received a refund and struggling to obtain contact with the manger. Staff very unhelpful.

What a real gem of a place. I knew it was there but didn’t realise how good it was. Large outdoor pool all set up for lane swimming, casual swimming, practising your start off the blocks and a nice little island in the shallow end for parents to sit at and watch their kids have some fun. Only downside outside is they do need some more shaded area. There are seats under shade but there aren’t enough and it does get hot quickly. Another downside is the lack of parking. The place is pumping and when there are sports on at the adjacent sporting fields then you do have a distance to walk. All in all though it is a great place for the family to visit.

Nice area to take the family to and enjoy. Outside pool has lanes, and also an area that is ankle high water going to your knee for the little ones. I mainly go here for physio in the indoor pool as there's a ramp and it's not so crowed as outside. Not too far from Helensvale Westfield, 5 min drive or so.

The indoor pool was disgusting. The amount of floating debris was immense, it looked like pieces of disposable nappy, paper and other waste items. It looked like the pool filter had not been used in weeks. I would not be going there if I wasn't doing hydrotherapy.

Went here today with kids. It's ok for adults who like swimming laps.

Kids play area has been removed, so don't expect too much for kids.

There is a heated lap pool which is a novelty for a little while.

Ice creams and crisps available from the office.

Great family fun, they have a blowup slide you can use for birthday parties, they also do a bbq if you ask. My kids learnt to swim here and even though we have a pool we all still enjoy a day here.

Love bringing my now 1 year old here! She absolutely adores her swim teacher jo and vice versa. She loves coming along to her lessons! Great facilities and great friendly staff members!

Good fun for the kids. Nice and clean pools. The hot water pool was nice. The toilets could have been a bit cleaner.

Went there at 4pm on a week day payed $12 to get in for 2 kids a adult and a baby and could only swim in the beach entry only to the knee deep water due to swimming lessons and squad training on. When i complaing to the worker i was told swimming school takes priority.

My kids go to swimming lessons here. The staff have always been helpful. Good pool to spend a hot day for families.

A lovely place for the whole family. Great value for money as well. Would be good to see the life guards walk around the pool when there's kids inb the pool. As I didn't see any in the 3hours we were there.

Staff were helpful when i called and were friendly and invited when i came. Centre was clean and had a peaceful and calm atmosphere.
