Chris and the team could not be faulted.
We had the best party. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Food was perfect and everything was very clean and tidy.
Will definitely be returning for future parties.

What a lovely facility! So family friendly in a beautiful setting. Birthday parties with the huge inflatable are so fun and the beach and island areas great for lazing about. Perfect heated 25 m lap and free swimming lanes and splash pad to cool off under. Indoor heated pool perfect for therapy or Learn to Swim. Plenty of amenities. Kiosk, merchandise and very friendly, helpful staff and lifeguards patrolling. A great day out!

Had my daughter's 9th bday here.
Amazing staffs, helpful and great with kids. Kids enjoyed the inflatable. Suprisingly quiet day for aquatic center, kids had a ball. Even went for indoor pool.
Lollies bag could be improved.
Parking can be congested when busy.
Overall highly recommended for kids birthday parties/pool parties.

We had my daughters birthday today. The staff is amazing. They are very
friendly and obliging. Unfortunately however the experience was not great. The pool was freezing as the heater was not replaced. The kids did not want to stay in the water and came out early. We did not have exclusive use of the inflatable as promised as part of the party package as there was another party booked at the same time. When I asked my daughter how she enjoyed her party she said she didn’t. Firstly because the water was too cold and secondly the line up for the inflatable was too long. Overall was quite disappointed. I don’t think I will book a birthday party here again.

I've been going to Aqua Zumba every Friday. It is a nice place to go for a swim and also the staff is so friendly.

Bit sad they changed the kid area. Lovely staff, they all helped up. Booked a party which went very well. Food purchased there was also good for a children's party (sausage rolls, party pies ect) coffee was small for a large so I wouldn't bother with the price.

Step was damaged in the party/ seating area and there was no bin.

Highly recommend for a kids birthday party. I had my son's birthday party here today and we had such an enjoyable day. So grateful to the staff who were super friendly, very helpful and great with the kids. Will definitely be going back.

8 Lane swimming pool for training, shallow end for toddlers. 3x lifesavers present at anytime. Indoor heated pool for toddler and rehab swimming. Wheelchair friendly. Canteen with limited hot food. There is about 7x picnic covered areas around the pool. First come vasis no bookings. Party catering can be arranged with the canteen. Water is clean and facilities well kept. It gets busy so parking is a little congested. There are power plugs.

It's such a great spot to take the kids for a splash around, or we have had kids parties there more than once, and we absolutely love it! Indoor and outdoor swimming options and options for all ages and abilities.

Two of my children have been attending swimming lessons at the Helensvale Aquatic Center for a couple of months now and they absolutely love it and eagerly look forward to their lessons every week.
Staff are always welcoming, friendly and so accommodating.
Swimming instructors are very patient and caring and make a point to foster wonderful rapport with the kids, which in turn helps them develop confidence and skills.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to any parents looking for swimming lessons in a healthy and nurturing environment.

We absolutely love coming here. My boys had never had lessons before and they have progressed so fast with so much help from the teachers, especially Mr Rei. He is such a wonderful teacher with so much patience and knowledge. The pools are always clean, splash play area. Friendly reception staff. Cant recommend enough.

What a wonderful place! Swimming lessons for our Grandie we're amazing, staff top notch. And the rest of the complex was great, for serious swimmers and a separate safe swimming area for littlies. Added water playground a bonus for the kids. Plus a well stocked shop for those drinks and nibbles, and anything you forgot to bring.

Everything is great except the kids indoor pool.
Seriously open the windows! Its dangerous in their, the chlorine makes it very difficult to breathe.

The acid levels of the indoor pool are very off! I was there last Saturday for a swim teacher course and it absolutely stung being in that water and it has ruined my brand new bathers. Completely took the colour out of them. Not impressed at all.

Always enjoy the friendliness of the centre. Staff are great. New splash pad is fantastic- the kids love it.

The staff were fantastic, l am a below knee amputee and the swim coach helped me so much. The staff behind the counter wow so cheerful and helpful and yes they can hold a conversation, l will be coming back soon

It is a great place to bring your kids to cool down on a hot summers day. It has been recently revamped

Pool is alway clean and there are plenty of lifesavers. The pool as a sloping entrance at one side and is suitable for toddlers

One outdoor lap pool and one indoor training pool. Limited lanes. Often booked for squad training.
