Hats By The Hundred

I received my Akubra Cattleman the other day. It arrived ahead of schedule. I followed the advice on the site for measuring your size, and it says if you're between sizes, order the next size up, so that's what I did. I was worried that the hat would be too big, and it was. It was clanging around on my head! But after reading the info that came with the hat, and watching a couple videos, I was able to shrink it by spraying water inside and out along the sweat band. I then put it on the dash of my truck, and letting the heat do it's thing for an hour or so. The hat fits great now, I love it! Its a great quality hat!

Poor sales team. Went this afternoon to check for a Driver Cap in corduroy. The salesman in his beach casuals speaks to his customers as if they are his childhood pals.
On repeated insistence, checked his computer to see if they had the cap of my choice. Said there were some but didn't know which branch.
Then came another lady whose communication, body language and attitude were clearly meant to ask me to get out the showroom. She had no interest in asking me anything, leave alone selling anything to me. She didn't allow me to talk to the salesman while I tried to ask him something.
I will never go there again. Their stock and variety of hats and caps is just so-so, nothing extraordinary as they would like you to believe. Much better choice and much-much lower price is available online, and in some other customer-friendly stores around the city.
Avoid this place. Don't waste your time and money.

I had really great service from Lilly when picking an Akubra today. Even though it took me half an hour to decide on a hat she remained patient throughout and really helped out with choosing the perfect one.

First rate service, great range. When I called up their knowledge on sizes and where to source what I was looking for was fantastic.

I came here last year and bought myself an Akubra and returned again today to buy one for my partner but left the store empty handed due to the unhelpful attitude of the shop assistant.

Ordered my new Akubra online. Hat fit perfect based on their size guide. Better selection than here in the States with a better price and fast international delivery. Excellent quality! Highly recommended.

If you're like me and love wearing hats, then Hats by the 100 is for you. You'll be spoilt by the vast selection of headware, from Akubras through to Panama's. The staff member, whose name escapes me, was most engaging in offering assistance and focussed on my preferences.

This shop has a great range of hats of all styles. I was searching for an Akubra "Coober Pedy". They had my size and colour in stock. It normally sells for $235, but I paid just under $190. Customer service was good and not over the top. I am a very happy customer!

Ordered online. Hat was shipped next day and arrived soon thereafter. Purchase came with a hat filler insert if the hat was slightly large, and an information sheet that contained a large amount of helpful hints to maintain, stretch, shrink, and store the product. Very impressed, I highly recommend 'Hats By The Hundred'

Yes they certainly do have hats by the 100! Didn’t take any pics but bought four hats! A must see!

I ordered a Lotus Bamboo/ viscose turban on Saturday 11th July 2020 per express post and was delighted to receive my parcel this morning, Tuesday 14th July 2020 after being continuously notified every step of the way! I am very impressed by the the product and excellent service and would recommend Hats by the Hundred any day.

Brilliant experience, email enquiries answered promptly despite the 12 hour time difference from the UK. Hat was ordered, packed, shipped and delivered. The sole UK importer still hasnt responded to any request for information. Highly recommended well done Hats by the 100.

My Coober Pedy in Bluegrass Green arrived yesterday and I love it already.
I watched the many online videos and looked at pictures of the young lady wearing them, which helped. I half expected that I would return it. How I wish I'd had this on all my travels, so far, around Australia. Excellent customer service and arrived in perfect condition here in NSW within days Will shop here again. Many thanks.
