Great service from Anna as always. This lady knows her hats and goes beyond the square to find the perfect look.

If you can't find a hat that you want in this shop you don't really want one. The lady at the counter is quite helpful and friendly.

In store customer service was substandard and when my hat was brought back in for the stiching coming undone they asked all these stupid questions trying to make Iout I some how made the stiching come undone. The repair job carried out by hats by the hundred southport was absolutely substandard and is now being sent back to manufacturer. Would not recommend this store to purchase your hat.

Great variety, quality products, decent prices. Delivery time was a bit slower than most - a week - but not that bad.

Account management is quite poor though - now that my order has been delivered, my order has totally disappeared from the site, like it never occurred.

Not a pet friendly shop, wanted to buy two akubra hats and was told to leave because of my puppy.

Eh! If you want a great hat look no further. Not the cheapest hat shop but great quality products.

I highly recommend this establishment for any of your hat needs. I have purchased 6 different Akubra hats over the past three years from them and had them shipped to Canada (from Australia). I have consistently had the best customer service. Ordering and shipping is hassle free, easy and quick. The latest shipment with the express service arrived in 5 days! I have contacted them with questions and they have been excellent in responding very quickly to assist me. Hats are well packed. The quality of the Akubras have been stellar! Order from here!

I went into Hats By The Hundred on Sunday the 12th of February, the reason for my visit was to purchase a kangol tropic hat, I asked the worker if there was any other colours besides Biege available, the workers reply was "No" and she walked off. I then went on my phone to your website and found that other colours were available. I went to the front desk and spoke to the lady, and said "The Kangol Tropic hat is on your website, I have a gift card for Hats By The Hundred that I received for my birthday, how do I use this on the website? " her reply was "You can't, it's only for use instore" I asked "Can I get a refund on my gift card so I can order it online" her reply "We don't do refunds" the lady then points at the business card and said "The number for customer service us on there call them tomorrow". My wife and I were in shock with how terrible the customer service was and we left.

Just terrible service, no help and what a joke a gift card for Hats By The Hundred can't even be used on their own website!

My family and I travelled the east coast making Hats by the Hundred one of our must stops and my God it was worth it, extremely helpful in helping my partner find her new stetson and myself leaving with a new stetson ironbark.

I highly recommend this store for a visit you will never walk out empty-handed I know we sure didn't. All staff were welcoming and helpful!

We are from the US and were in the gold coast on vacation. I had heard of Hats by the Hundred from an Australian contractor that I had met in the states, and my son was excited to see the shop for himself. No disappointment. They had a vast selection of hats, and the proprietor was helpful and generous.
Her helper was a delight and was also very helpful. We ended up buying 8 hats in total. We highly recommend this establishment. We found great Hats in all the right sizes and are quite pleased!

I bought a Brixton hat in November 2021. The colour ran after a few (8-10) games of golf. When I returned the hat for a refund, or credit, in December 2021, approximately 6 weeks later, the lady called her manager and was told that as I had worn the hat there is no refund. The hat has not been washed. Points are: 1.surely you purchase the hat to wear it? 2.no refund or credit for a customer that has spent $100s over the years. 3. Is there not a consumer guarantee law in Australia that covers situations such as this? Do not expect any support from this business. I will never buy there again!

Ordered from them for the first time. I cannot fault the service and great tracking of my hat. Which I must say I am very happy with. I will happily buy from them again.

Website was easy to navigate. They have a great range. I ordered The Outback Jack - Weathered Cotton Hat on Wednesday and arrived on Thursday. Can't get better than that. Great hat, excellent service. Thank you.
