Hanaromart Big Market

New local for BBQ & hotpot ingredients. Great range of products & the meat was delicious.

It was so nice to be able to get everything I needed. The location is convenient as it is close to other supermarkets. There were a lot of discounts and a lot of variety, so I was able to enjoy Korean food when I was in Brisbane! And since it was a Korean mart, I loved being able to take boxes with me.

Why is it not cheap here at Hanaro Mart and I can't earn points with my phone number?

300+ i spent at this place for our in home Korean BBQ night! Please if you have a shop in Melbourne please advertise everywhere! Worth every penny and me and my siblings had such a great time cooking eating and trying out the sauces recommended by the staff, even tho a que was forming the staff member walked me to the shelves and explained spicy or not- Loved it

The grandmother in front of me is trying to buy bread, so she says that it can't be done because of the supplier's problem. It was my second visit, but the cashier lady was very unfriendly. ;;

Can’t use a photo of your loyalty card “because it doesn’t prove its yours” they don’t ask for proof that it’s your card anyway. So I always give my mate my card and he uses it anyway. Talk about slavery with extra steps.

Love to get my Korean BBQ supply here. They have everything at a reasonable price. They have since removed their butcher section which is a shame but still sell a good selection of meat.

Wonderful staff. Great range of Japanese spices, drinks and food. Meat section is good quality.

Rice cake got mouldy the same day, best before date is 30 sep, that’s still 7 months left.

Hanaromarts are always good in variety. Beware def on the more expensive end compared to other similar type of supermarkets like Fresco.

Very big market with a huge range of foods. Always seem clean and well-stocked. The cashier ladies were always super-nice.

It was nice that the mart was big and had a lot of things. It's always neat, and I don't remember that I couldn't buy it because something fell out. It is memorable that the people who helped me with the calculations remembered not only me but also other regular customers and treated me warmly.

Huge korean food market store. Has everything you would want or need to grab to make your own Korean bbq feast! Plus so much more love it. So many goodies was heaven

Always a great place to visit for a wide variety of asian products. Lovely staff who are always very helpful. Lots of parking. As expected very busy till after lunch on weekends but great place.

Mushroom and tofu were not fresh even though it’s not overdue, i just throw them away after one bite, tasted horrible.i’ve been here many times but getting disappointed with the items. I can compare here with the other Korean supermarkets. I’d prefer to go to the other shops even if it’s far away.

The store doesnt manage their queue at all, they serve whoever they want to serve first. When asked to speak to Manager, he actually mocked me. Not coming back here. Very poor customer service. Not the first time encountered poor service. Best to let people know what to expect from this place. Been to other better managed Hanaro Marts, will avoid this one. There are way better Hanaro Marts in Hyperdome Logan and Calamvale.

Wonderful store for all your Asian food needs. They have an amazing selection of noodles sauces spice mixes and even there own butcher
My no. 1 stop for stocking up on Asian goodies.

Been there every weekend, one time the queue very long and a guy (bald, skinny, wearing glasses) opening other cashier, but he rejects to serve me n choose a person behind me! So rude n he never give explanation, i just go back to other cashier, a lady that is much more friendly and nicer.
And i read in the comment below also few people commented about this. Oh well, hope they realise in this kind of industry, a good customer service is a must.

This is a revision. My previous rating was 5 stars but the service has become worse the last few visits. Not only the cashier allowed people to jump queue, the MANAGER / Owner (?) mocked my wife when she brought it to his attention.

Totally unexceptable and infuriating. I used to like coming here but we won't come anymore
