Guppy's Early Learning Centre - Frenchville

As a parent, all you want is the best for your child.
I can not fault the staff at Guppys Frenchville, my daughter has a gluten intolerant and the chef is more then accommodating making her feel included with her different types of food.
All staff are accommodating to her additional needs and accept her challenging behaviours.

Old management was very unorganised and had no passion for children. New management is amazing! So nice and actually knows my child. Staff are all so friendly and happy. The director and admin are so polite and are always happy to make sure we are settled and enjoying our time at the centre. I highly recommend Guppy’s early learning as they have come so far. The centre looks so much brighter and welcoming. Love the new change keep it up guys. ️

Bron & her team have always been so caring towards my kids. If I need to put them in extra days, I know that Bron will accommodate. My kids are loved there and they love going. Because of them my little boy is doing really well at school this year. I emailed admin to book my little fella into school pickup one day for the next week and got an email back confirming from the admin lady and the next week they didn’t know whether he was getting picked up. The admin lady didn’t do her job. Lucky Bron sorted it quickly and everything was all good. So I will only deal with Bron now. Bron is so lovely and my kids love her. If she ever leaves, my kids will be following her

Have been using guppies for over 15 years with 11 grandchildren going through. The Center is well presented and group classes are teaching children well. With special needs grandchildren the Center and staff have done an amazing job adapting to the special needs of child.
The Center is well presented and clean staff are easy approachable and inform me on everything. Grandchildren where well prepared for prep after completing kindergarten program
Wouldn’t use another daycare Center. Highly recommend guppies Frenchville

Can’t fault Guppys frenchville on anything, the staff have been excellent with my daughter and I do not have any worries about her going here as I know she is looked after with the highest level of care.

My kids love going to guppys. I find the staff are kind and wonderful, very flexible and helpful. My kids have special needs and I find that the advice and input I have given has been listened to and acted on accordingly. Highly recommend to everyone.

Change of manage management 3 times in 6 months. Constant changing of staff. Children being kicked and punched consistently by other children. 4 year old made to pee his bed and forbidden to use toilet during rest period. Informed they don't need to tell parents about transitioning children to different rooms. Only after they are permanently moved up. 3 weeks and I'm still unable to sign in my foster daughter in or out. No respect shown to parents and carers. Very poorly run unit, no structure for children. Unable to organise a handprint on a bit of paper for fathers day, or anything for that matter.many parents trying to move their children to other units.

Great location and love the experienced child carers. Thank you Trish, Carol and Judy for your continued care at the centre and all the team for making it a wonderful safe place.
