Guppy's Early Learning Centre - Frenchville

Guppys Frenchville is the most welcome and supportive centre our family has come across! The staff are amazing- supportive, kind, caring and are super up-to-date with their knowledge on how to support children with special needs. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff are friendly and professional. They clearly care about the children who are in their care.

The beginning of our experience was hit and miss but that's been our experience the past 10 years of needing care due to my children struggling with seperation, however, the dedication and devotion that has come from the educators at Guppies Frenchville, has been incredible! Throughout all the difficulties with my son, all the educators have been amazing with him, very welcoming and super patient. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're always greeting with a smile and a good morning and the same for afternoons. Thankful to this wonderful team

We had a very rocky start to parenthood with mental health issues and the manager at Guppy’s Frenchville went above and beyond to support us. Our little one has always been exceptionally looked after, he loves the different activities, the friendships and most of all the educators who are always welcoming and patient. Couldn’t imagine using any other centre.

Supportive and caring centre that includes all abilities. Personalised support provided to my children has seen them thrive and learn despite their challenges.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodate to every childs needs within the centre, you are welcomed with a smile when walking through the door

Guppy’s is very professional and very open about all communications. My son loves it here, the programming and activities set out are always different and well planned and staff encourage children to join in. All staff love engaging with children as well. Highly recommend

Since starting in March the centre has come in leaps and bounds. The staff are compassionate and loving, the centre is clean and tidy, admin is approachable.

Guppy’s has really improved the last couple months. Friendly environment and amazing new staff who show compassion to the children.

Great management they have put in so much work over the last 6 months so many parent and kids making guppies a family

Had my child come home occasionally with a pooy bum that was dry, with a few nappy rashes, but other then that the services are great. Staff are very approachable, centre was always clean and my child had fun and has progressed in their learning since they first started.

My daughter has been going here for about 2 months and she loves it! May cry when I’m first dropping her off as she doesn’t want me to go, but as soon as one of the educators comforts her she is very happy! Every time I pick her up she has a big smile on her face! All the staff are really nice. I would like to say a huge thank you to all of them for caring and making sure my child is happy and safe, and a big thank you to Kylie who my daughter seems to love so much:)

All the staff at Guppy’s are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Since starting my little one at the beginning of the year the entire centre has grown and improved in leaps and bounds. Would recommend to everyone!

I’ve always been so worried about putting my children into day care. But Elissa and the staff at Guppys have made me feel so comfortable and welcome. It’s so nice to walk in and the staff know us by our name. Would highly recommend

My toddler recently joined guppys and his absolutely loving it! Their is so many activities to do to keep him entertained and the food is always a fun surprise that he looks forward to. The staff are understanding and made him feel safe and welcome quickly.

Guppy’s frenchville is hands down the most amazing centre. They have been so welcoming and wonderful with my little one, he has bonded so lovingly with his educators and the whole centres staff are incredible. From the first day we walked in everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating and he absolutely loves attending. Thank you to the entire staff but a huge shout out to the director and nursery staff. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby he loves you guys so much ️️?

I cannot praise the wonderful ladies at our centre enough! I am thankful for thier support through a rough transition for both myself and my son moving to Rockhampton a few months ago.
Miss Alyssa, Miss Marie and Miss Kell have all climbed into our hearts, always there for a chat or a cry in my case at times, advice and sporting/activity suggestions etc to encourage my son in other areas. Take the time to know each family individually enabling them to provide the best they can for that child. It is the feeling of genuine care that I love.
All the educators including Glennis the cook for our children know every child's name no matter the room they work in. The food is fantastic, knowing my son has had a good meal for lunch makes dinner so much easier after a long day at work.
The library facility is also a great extra that we enjoy.
I am very grateful and truly appreciate the safe loving family environment created by the staff that my son is running and excited to get to each day and at times doesn't want to leave yet when I collect him.
