Groom Barbershop

False advertising, states business is open until 6pm showed up a 5: 15pm and no one was there. Wasted my time. Tried to ring for an appointment and no answer. So I decided to go around and see them in person, I showed up at 5: 15 I found them to be closed.

I walked in and felt instantly welcome, the guys and gals there genuinely want you apart of their small town vibe and they do an amazing job, I called up on short notice and miguel sorted me out, Without the guys at Groom I would have turned up to my job interview looking alittle worse for wear, appreciate what you do ️️

Have been going to Grooms since it opened, having both Miguel and Ebony cut my hair regularly. Couldn’t ask for better people. The service is always friendly, welcoming and engaging. Keep it up guys!

Groom is hands down the best barbershop/hairdresser I've ever been to in my life. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the music is great, the prices are good, and it creates an absolutely amazing environment. Not to mention that the quality of the service (especially from Miguel whom I can't recommend enough) is a solid 10/10 every time.without fail.

After you get your hair cut here you'll never want to get it cut anywhere else.

I had the best experience with ebony. I went to another store “cutthroat barber” and they absolutely butchered my hair. I called grooms and told them what happened and I got fitted into ebony’s day. I rock up and she was a delight and was very honest with what had happened and what needed to be done. Ebony really saved the day and went above and beyond what I asked of her. I just asked for a fix on my beard but ebony actually went out and asked if she could fix my hair cut as well as it was bad and proceeded to show me with the mirror. Ebony did the fix up on the back of my head free of charge. 100% go to grooms barber and I highly recommend ebony. I will definitely be having her as my usual hair and beard barber from now on. I cannot recommend enough how amazing ebony was.

Went in not knowing what I wanted. Had Conah cut my hair. Said surprise me. And I couldn't be happier. Very very impressed. Will definitely be back.

The guys are sharp and onpoint. They cut right to it. For some like me who knows nothing about hair, I know going to Groom I'm going to walk out looking great.

Met the best hairdresser I have ever been in Rocky today, Nat. She is awesome. I will be back whenever I am in town and need a haircut. Cheers

Very pricey for a child's haircut. Should be $15 + $2 with tracks primary school & kids 14 years, over $22 than 18+ $25 is fair. Products are extreme prices nothing under $20

Definitely the best Barbershop in Rocky. Excellent Service. Staff were super friendly. Got a haircut from the owner himself, Miguel. Awesome guy. The haircut i got was perfect.

For many years I'd been told by hairdressers and barbers that my hair was difficult to cut & style because of the way it grows. No such excuses from Miguel at Groom. He's styled my hair for the past 4 years and I would be lost without him. Excellent Barber.

Great customer service, knows exactly what it was I vaguely described, never have walked out disappointed.
