Great service from Jayden and the rest of the North Rocky Groom team. My boys and I are very happy with our cuts.

Gave the challenge of " i grew my hair out for you, do what you think will suit me" and they came through.best haircut i've had in ages. I won't go to another barber if i'm in the yeppoon / rockhampton area.well worth the $$ and great friendly staff. App is easy to use.sign in at the front of the shop is easy.
The barber took her time, it didn't feel rushed to get to the next person.very impressed.

I'm Angus's Mum (Lisa) all I can say is that when I picked him up he had the biggest grin on his face, here I am thinking it was because he felt so much better with all that hair gone but no it was because he had a really happy experience as well as getting rid of all that hair.hahaha! Angus said he was recommeded by his mates to go see Jayden and he didn't dissappoint, he said it was the best hair cut he's ever had and is over the moon, thank you Jayden so much for making my boy so happy!

Place is awesome great staff and hair cuts but I missed one that I had booked with the owner Miguel due to having Covid and now seem to be blocked from booking anymore appointments at all

Best place to get your hair cut in rocky. The hot towels at the end are the best and the staff are really nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Extremely polite, can hold a decent conversation while providing a professional service. Just look around the shop, they all take pride in the work they do while providing a welcoming comfortable environment. Great job guys and girls keep up the good work.

I am a barber in Brisbane and I have a lot of clients that travel for work and every time they are around the CQ Region I trust Groomed to take care of my clients while they are away for work and I’ve never had a client of mine come back with a negative thing to say and as someone who has been in the industry for years in Brisbane I’ll always recommend this shop for anyone around the area as the attention to detail is outstanding by all staff and owners of this business

Shania is AMAZING with my 5yo! She listens to his crazy stories, makes him laugh and does a professional job at making him look "cute" (his words). He even thinks she looks cute (again his words to Shania). I think she is now stuck with him every haircut!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut and beard trim by Tristan and the team at Groom Barbershop in North Rockhampton, and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The atmosphere in the shop is relaxed and welcoming, and it's clear that everyone there takes great pride in their work.

As for the cut itself, I couldn't be happier. Tristan really listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut that was exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive, detail-oriented, and clearly very skilled at his craft. And the rest of the team was just as impressive - everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to making sure that every customer left the shop feeling amazing.

The best Barber I’ve ever taken my kids too. Staff are always very friendly and prompt with their service.meet you at the door every time and inform you of when/how long till your service will begin. My kids always leave very happy.they were once too scared to get their hair done now they love it!

I've been going to groom barbershop ever since they opened their first store. Even after expanding the business, giving Miguel even more of a workload on top of family commitments & involvement with community events, the level of service, understanding & willingness to discuss the cut/style I'm wanting and the quality of the final product of every barber I've had has always been at a high level. I can't recommend groom barbershop any higher if anyone else is looking for a top quality service & cut
