Goodlife Health Clubs 24/7 reviews
60 I was member at this club until about a year ago.
I liked this place because they have classes on Sunday & Saturday.
The gym is indoor, I do not like the gym with the open big window because I need to put sun cream if have big window. But this gym doesn’t have big windows in the gym class room so it is good. They have many machines. And because they have so many. They normally available and no need to wait for the equipment.
Great gym but real shame about poor internal practices. Management got phone numbers and names mixed up and upon correcting them I was told 'I don't have time to deal with this, I have back to back appointments' - great customer service. Reception staff are really friendly but management needs to take a refresher course on how to interact with humans and not go into panic mode when asked to correct something
Really great trainers, friendly staff, overall great facility. It's a very welcoming environment and its very clean and well kept.
I harmed myself cutting my skin in the ABS Machine.the cushions to support the elbows and forearm are in bad condition. The cushion leather breaks.
I suggest to remove and replace them.
Just an average commercial gym. The trainers never really care about new faces and only few of the front desk people are actually nice enough to ask how are you and smile.these days I much rather paying a couple of extra bucks but get my money worth with great costumer service and motivation when needed
Staff are friendly, always busy, classes are well organised and great variety, keeps me motivated.
Over crowded, unfriendly gym goers, wait time for basic machines is ridiculous.
I wonder if there is such a thing as being over subscribed. Wish council would come in and do a check on member numbers.
It's true their memberships are pricier than most of the other Club chains and they tend to have fewer branches, but if you're looking for a quality gym I would definitely recommend Goodlife. Been a member for over 2 years and very happy with my experience so far. Good quality equipment, lots of equipment so you rarely have to wait to use something, friendly and helpful staff, their bathrooms / change rooms are usually well-resourced and very clean.
They are badly intentioned, you requested for cancellation, but they say it’s cancelled and they keeping getting money from your account.
I do a regular class and it is very professional. Staff are super friendly and helpful and instructors are excellent with classes being fun at times. Can’t comment about the gym equipment but otherwise it’s a pleasure to go to.
I found staff on the front desk to be rude and arrogant. Definitely not joining. Never putting a foot near this place again.
- Overcrowded
- Dirty facilities
- Very petty when it comes to cancelling your account!
- Poor customer service
Don't recommend at all.
Disgusting in every way, from filthy equipment and facilities to behavior of staff and regulars. With so many good gyms in the area I have no idea why people come to this one, but I guess the rest of us should be glad all the cave dwelling weirdos congregate here.
Staff are always friendly and do what they can to accommodate. I've been to a few Goodlifes and this one is my favourite so far! I come here nearly every day after work bc the atmosphere is very motivating.
After relocating work from city this became my closest gym. Ok it's not as good as the CBD queens t mall one. But what struck me is the rudeness of some trainers. Telling someone in class that they dont do it correctly and then follow up with I dont have time to show you brings bad name to your profession. Consider change.
As for other gyms I would seriously consider others at half price without classes. There are many.
Fantastic gym, has great equipment. I’m assuming it gets very busy during mornings and afternoons though.
Group classes are awesome. Free parking too. The gym can be quite crowded but I've never found that to impact the group classes. Sometimes the people working the front desk can be a little rude and disinterested.
Good range of equipment, professional friendly staff and easy access free parking (for the first 3 hours). Can get crowded during peak times.
Even though I cancelled well within the 7 day cooling period (inc.in writing) they deducted money from my account without authorisation!
