Ron and the team were amazing. They explained all the different functions, how to set up the machine, how the app worked and gave us a demonstration.

My partner and I were looking for a robo vac but with so many options on the market, we didn't know where to start.

We preferably like to see our options locally first so we gave Godfrey's a visit.

We were greeted by Ron who was so helpful and very knowledgeable.

After some in-store demonstrations Ron made it very easy to decide on which option suited our needs.

Walked into the Townsville store twenty minutes before closing time and one of the staff looked at his watch while greeting me and my partner, we had a click and collect and were interested in swapping it out with another vacuum. From this point our interaction with another staff member it became quite clear they had no interest in providing us with proper assistance because this would clearly effect there KPI's. We were told the Hoover we were looking at was "useless" and to spend twice as much money or you may as well stick with your click and collect. This now female staff member was rude and clearly wanted us out so she could knock off early on a Saturday afternoon. I will never shop here again.

A great place to get vacuum cleaners or accessories. They have friendly staff that are always willing to help.

I was half way through steam mopping when the handle broke. I rang Godfreys' at Domain to see if it was still in warranty. It wasn't! The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful and informed me that they had a spare handle and could replace mine. I took my steam mop in and they fixed it straight away and I was back to steam mopping within half an hour. I highly recommend Godfrey' Domain not only for their products and friendly, helpful staff, but for their after care. Thank you especially to Ron. Your kindness made my day.
