It's as rare as finding a diamond on the street but I did! A few weeks ago I took my "broken" vacuum cleaner into Domain and within minutes a wonderful cheerful man named Nathan had it fixed. I really hope this awesome employee is given every opportunity to advance. He really deserves it. Thank you Nathan for restoring my faith in customer service!

Went in store thinking I had a warranty issue with my vacuum. Turns out it was a me problem. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff member diagnosed the fault and fixed it right there and then. Thank you so much Godfreys it is a pleasure doing business with you.

I recently bought the Godfrey’s vacuum cleaner & I can’t fault it. It’s got great flexibility, reliability, well considered design, easy to use, lightweight, excellent suction power, easy to clean & quiet. Having 2 battery’s makes it so easy to continue on with the task at hand. Far superior design than other well known brands I’ve had.

Customer service is so hard to find these days, but not at Godfrey's! Jo's service was great and provided me with the exact advice I needed.

I spent over an hour grilling Nathan on the pros and cons of every Robovac in the store. He also got them up and running to show me how they work.
