Godfreys Springfield

Horrible customer service, standing there for at least 15-20 mins waiting to be served. Busy talking to other customers while I’m there waiting at the counter. Made eye contact so many times as well. Those other customers were clearly still trying to decide he could’ve given them some space and said “hang on guys, while you’re thinking I’ll just serve this lady”. But no, horrid service but also a big store like that should be having at least two people on at a time for situations like this one

Disgraceful customer service. Walk in and buy from this place at your peril. They do not stand behind the products they sell nor do they treat customers with respect. My vacum cleaner malfunctioned a few months into it's extended warranty and they tried to make out it was my fault. I can assure you I used it correctly each and every time it was used - which wasn't often. There are so many other retailers out there who will value your custom and back up their products - this is not one of them. Run a mile folks.

Appalling post sales service. Bought an expensive cleaner that malfunctioned within first 4 months of use. Took it back to store and was told that there were "obvious signs of incorrect operation' (? !) and salesman accused me of using the wrong charger which had resulted in damage to appliance which therefore apparently voided warranty. The thing is, I had only ever used the charger that came with the appliance. I never expected in the event of a manufacturer fault to be accused of causing the problem nor being dismissed and fobbed off as have been. If only I had taken time to read the other scathing reviews of this business before buying could have saved so much inconvenience and stress. REALLY REALLY BAD. Plan to make contact with office of fair trading and or manufacturer directly to try and have my machine fixed. Please take this feedback on board to protect yourself.

Rebecca and Dan were very helpful in choosing the best steam mop for our new home. We ended up buying $1500 worth mop all because of the demo and information from Rebecca. She is a great sales person and an interesting personality. I shall surely recommend this store for the shoppers. I would have given more stars if I could.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in retail and would never treat my customers like they do. I will not spend anymore money with them again.
All lovely to your face while purchasing but no customer service with after sale care.

First time dealing with Godfreys in QLD, and i can they are just as good as the shops in VIC, if not better. Dean saved my skin today my vacuum chose today of all days to kick the bucket and with my house inspection first thing in the morning, i jumped online ordered a i-Vax H10 totally love it and a Hoover Steam Mop very impressed payed for everything with Oxipay (YIPPY another reason to shop at Godfreys). I rang Dean explaind my situation and He was more than happy to put my order together on the spot so i could come pick it up.

I have been to this store twice in the last 3 weeks with my wife and the service has been terrible every time and this is why we are not going to buy our New vacuum cleaner from this store.
Tonight we were in the store for 7 or 8 minutes totally ignored so we left in disgust and will not be back. Considering I am a Sales Manger and have been for 20 years and train sales staff this was unacceptable service and this store's service on more than one occasion has been disgraceful.
