It’s very rare to find great customer service these days, and almost impossible to have excellent customer service. Ginny went above and beyond my expectations today letting me know what services are still available to me even 9 years after purchasing my Sauber. Thank you Ginny!

What can I say about this store. Amazing. The customer service is second to none. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable too. I will never go anywhere else, even the after sales service is fabulous.

I generally do not leave reviews.
However, after my experience today, I cannot rave enough about the customer service.
I thought buying a floor cleaner was going to be a very begrudged purchase!
Virginia is absolutely delightful and the guy working with her today was so pleasant and engaging.
I got it home and actually enjoyed cleaning my carpets!
You NEED to experience the customer service in this store.

Purchased a Hoover smart wash plus carpet cleaner at Godfrey's springfield. Extremely happy with the purchase, amazing results on our carpets and upholstery. We were helped by Virginia at the store, she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very friendly and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase one.

Absolutely great knowledge of every cleaner they have customer service over and above. I guess the 1 star reviews more reflect on the people leaving them rather than the current staff this store has. 5 stars all the way. Thanks Girls.

I'd like to say that their customers service has really improved over the years. I have changed my original opinion from 1 star to 4.

The customer service here is as bad as it gets. Seriously. It's as bad as service can possibly get. You will be treated with disrespect verging on contempt if you return after a purchase and try and have your machine serviced or repaired in event of it stopping working. Utterly shocked how a business can treat it's customers as I was treated last month. Have lodged a formal complaint with state agency in an attempt to get my faulty machine fixed or replaced. Diabolical business.
