Thanks Scott and the team at Godfrey's Maroochydore. Helped us out with our Wertheim vacuum cleaneron the spot and at a reasonable price (free - my favourite 4 letter word). No hesitation to recommend everyone to this business.

Terrible customer service, don’t redeem warranty. Waste of money buying a vaccum that only works for 11 months.

So sorry Becca James but because your vacuum had water in the canister and motor and the filter was soaking wet, it wouldn't have been covered under warranty. We can try sending it away under warranty for you and you never know your luck! Otherwise, if you want to pop in some time I might have a good demo model hand held bit that you need, and I'm happy to look after you at no charge as a courtesy. Feel free to call the store anytime and just ask for Henry. Cheers

Bought the Vax Blade yesterday, thought my home was clean until I use it, omg it is wonderful. Thank you Travis you are a gem, not pushy always a wonderful experience to shop in your store.

Went in for a car cleaning accessory kit. Bought my Hoover cordless kit here over Xmas. Henry was the sales dude. Ended up selling me only the part of the kit that I needed.as a separate, cheaper accessory pack. Provided me the adaptor to use with the Hoover kit too.
Quite a few fiddly bits to the kit but when I got into the car and started cleaning I used most of them. Car is cleaner than it has been. Good.

What wonderful customer service we received from Chris this afternoon.

The hose to our very old hoover vaccum cleaner (car use only) had come apart.

Chris did his magic and found a broken clip which he replaced and within 5 minutes we were in and out of the store.

A very big thank you Chris for being so friendly and helpful.

We felt welcome at both Maroochydore and Kawana stores and highly recommend anyone looking to purchase vacuum cleaners, steamers or any floor care products to first shop with Henry, Anglea and staff.

Customer service is outstanding. And love the vacuums I have bought here too. Thank you to one of the staff members who drove all the way to my house to deliver a charger i had accidentally left in store as i was unable to go back in.

1 week ago we walked into Godfrey's Maroochydore store to just have a general look at vacuum cleaners - and ended up walking out with a new 5007PH Mod Hoover vacuum cleaner. We are from Brisbane and were staying up at Mooloolaba for a few days, so purchasing a vacuum cleaner was far from our minds!
We were served by the Manager of the store, Travis, who was such an informative sales person, who conducted numerous demonstrations of different models we were interested in, and we learnt so much from him.
In fact so much so, we sailed out of the store with a brand new Hoover.
If anyone ever needs to buy a new vacuum cleaner, visit this Godfrey's store and make sure you ask for Travis - super salesman, but not pushy and very informative.
