Great service! Evan went beyond expectations to solve the issue. I highly recommend going to Godfreys in Maroochydore. Ask for Evan but I'm sure the others will be just as good.

It's been so long since I've received such outstanding and high quality customer service. This lady is so friendly and approachable that I think she would put a smile on anyone's face! I will defiantly be back and tell everyone I know to come and see Veronica.

Visited Godfreys 20.3.21 and attended by Claire who was absolutely exceptional in every way. Customer service is hard to find these days but Claire you were great. Thank you for the great vacuum cleaner even Jill likes it.

Purchased a Tineco Stick Vacume after noticing my Dyson wasn't really doing a great job! Wow! Have really noticed a big difference in the way my carpet looks now. Thanks to Evan showing me the difference between the Dyson & what the Tineco does. Great store and knowledgeable staff.

Went to the showroom and was asked what I needed.when I explained what type of floors etc I had, they immediately started demonstrating the tineco which was perfect! Used it at home and it is the best vacuum I have ever bought. Great staff, listened to my needs and got the best product.thank you! Sorry I forgot the sales woman's name!

I went in with a complete lack of knowledge and high level of frustration at my vacuum cleaner. I walked in stating I wanted a new machine. Rather than just taking my money the wonderful staff asked to look at my old vacuum cleaner instead. Five minutes and a wonderful education later, I saved a lot of money and received a free service. People over profits is rarely something you can say about a business. It’s not my closest store, but the only store I’ll go to in the future.

I received great customer service at Godfrey's Maroochydore today. I was helped by Veronica and Angela who went the extra mile to find a part I needed for a discontinued vacuum cleaner. Thank you ladies you did it in style and with a smile! I will certainly be back.

Absolute pleasure dealing with the guys who helped me pick up my new carpet shampoo machine. I was recommended the Bissell powerbrush and given lots of great tips and advice on how to use it with pets. Definitely the right choice.

Fantastic and very appreciative service when I showed up right on closing time. All staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about what I was after.

I vacuumed up a sock which jammed up the engine in my new vacuum cleaner that I bought from Godfrey's Maroochydore. I rang them and they told me to bring it in. Evan found the sock and gave the machine a clean - all for free! He was great - so fast and knowledgeable, and he made us feel very welcome. This is why we buy from Godfrey's Maroochydore. 5/5

Try to ring about vacuum cleaner I brought. There is missing part. Rang them and keeps hanging up. Not happy.
