Hubby decided our anniversary present last year would be a vacuum - not many would appreciate that. I was over the moon. Robot vacuum? Amazing! Its mopping the floor behind me right now!
We decided just to wander in and ask some questions and were seen to by Kayleigh. Absolutely wonderful. Super knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Answered our million questions and knew what she was talking about. Was able to find the right unit to suit our needs and budget. Kayleigh was respectful, kind and very patient. Would absolutely recommend Kayleigh to deal with.
Have dealt with Kayleigh another time helping Mum get a new vacuum also. Again, she was able to answer Mums questions and help her choose a unit that met her needs.
The team at Bundaberg Godfreys have been wonderful for all incidental calls/maintenance etc. Great group of people:)
I bought a vacuum from Kayleigh at the Bundaberg Store 12 months ago, the vacuum had some issues recently and Kayleigh was great, she really helped and guided me through the warranty process throughly.
I came to Godfrey's Bundaberg to buy a new vacuum and was greeted by Krystal. Krystal was very knowledgeable about the vacuums sold there and explained in detail the differences between each machine. Krystal was super helpful and I would definitely recommend Godfrey's Bundaberg!
I recently purchased a Deebot vacumn from the bundaberg store, I was approached by Kayleigh who was extremely helpful and courteous and recommended that particular cleaner which I am very happy with it is a quality machine. Godfreys Bundaberg is now my go to cleaner shop and I will be checking in with Kayleigh when I am due for filters or service.thanks again
