Godfreys Bundaberg

I can not recommend the staff members at Godfrey's Bundaberg store, more highly. They were wonderful and so is the AS10 that I upgraded to. Thanks again.

So very disappointed!
THEY SHOULD BE A GREEN GROCER. THEY SELL LEMONS My daughter who is also a new mother, saved up and bought a new vacuum cleaner for here. Mind you she also paid a fortune for it which I was shocked about.
The vacuum cleaner was a lemon right from the start. Five times she took it back to Godfrey’s and five times she was told it worked perfectly. Well I can tell you it doesn’t.
For a stick vacuum that costs as much as she paid for this one, it should have come with a housemaid as well.
As she explained to the employee, it functioned fairly well on the carpet. However, as her main living area was tiled when she would use it on the tiles it left a lot to be desired.
Each time she took the vacuum back to Godfrey's she was told it was fine and all she needs to do is clean the filters.
No amount of explaining would convince the Godfrey's people that she cleaned the filters out after each use it made no difference to the overall performance of the vacuum cleaner whatsoever.
When a person buys a vacuum cleaner from Godfrey's, of all places, you would like to think with their reputation as the vacuum guru, that their products and services would be reliable and worth the money that you paid when purchasing their products.
NOT HAPPY WHAT SO EVER MR GODFREY!

Went in to collect an order and was wanting to buy a stick vacuum. I had done a bit of research so had a few questions. Kayleigh was very helpful and able to answer all my questions and steer me in the right direction. I left with my new stick vacuum. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great service.

I have been shopping at Godfrey’s Bundaberg Store for awhile now, the service that you get there is amazing. For my larger Purchases I have dealt with Jaydon, he has always been super helpful takes the time to go through what I’m looking at before I purchase and really takes the time to explain everything before I make my purchase or even when I don’t he still absolutely pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend the Godfrey Bundaberg Store

Jaydon was super helpful knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He discussed my cleaning needs listened to what they were and offered some suggestions. He gave me a comparison of the two items that best fitted my needs so that I could see the difference and make an informed decision. Jayden was never pushy allowed me time to look elsewhere compare prices and products but ultimately because of his demo and knowledge I returned to purchase.

Just went to Godfrey's Bundaberg to buy a stick vacuum. It was late. Almost closing time. Thundering. Sky about to burst and Jaydon was so wonderful. He answered all my questions and even answered some didn't. He never rushed me or made me feel unwelcome. I am very appreciative. I made my purchase and en after paying for it Jaydongave me some more tips.

Amazing customer service from Kayleigh. I wanted to buy a vacuum for my mum who lives in Bundaberg (I’m in Brisbane). She was very helpful and organised everything from her end to make it as easy as possible for me. She was very knowledgeable and patient and is a valuable asset to your store.

I went into the Godfrey's at Bundaberg the other day just to have a look around. I was served by Krystal and she was very friendly. She was quite knowledgeable in the machines as she happily explained and demonstrated them to me and was very helpful for any queries I had.

Cannot recommend Kayleigh at Godfrey’s Bundaberg enough. She has always supported me in every purchase in store with great knowledge and wisdom. She was able to direct us to the right appliance for what our family needs and explain its use in great detail.

Every interaction with the Bundaberg team has been top quality, friendly, respectful and efficient.
