Had a vacuum cleaner for 8 months and it broke down, and not surprisingly it was not covered by the warranty. Had to pay $70 for the repair

The guy that served me was very knowledgeable and he gave fantastic service and I can't wait to try the new vacuum out dani.

Horrible, they attacked my mother for being a little late with paying off deposit, they called and harassed her several times and tried steal her money by trying not to return her money after harassing her so many times.

I visited the store with my broken vacuum last week (I had bought it from there several years prior). The staff went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of that store with a working vacuum. They were extremely helpful. Thank you!

Phoned up store to check availability asked them to put aside - turned up when I said I would and they sold to someone else. Waste of time going there - bought same thing on Ebay

I did my research on a particular vacuum I wanted however the sales assistant tried to pressure me into a more expensive brand. I ended up out witting him with the facts about the particular vacuum I wanted. So because I felt pressured I just said no and went to Kmart and got one from there. Don't pressure your customers. Times have changed!

Make sure you know what you want before you go into this store. The manager is not very savvy when it comes to cleaners, but he pretends to be. I had found elsewhere what I needed and went here for a price comparison, glad I did. Then I found out what a great deal I was getting at the other store. Jack up the prices hey?

Its all too often we post a review when things go wrong and are happy to have a rant, thankfully this time is different.
I want to thank Ben from Godfrey's in Chermside for excellent customer service and going out of his way to help us with our Sauber vacuum repair.

This small store is very unassuming but it offers a very wide range of cleaning equipment, in different shapes and format. Their staff do try to assist, without being too pushy. As every cleaning brand has variants with "bagless/ bagged", do ask for alternatives.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! The customer service is appalling and the Area Manager is incompetent, rude, and the business is corrupt. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They have a great range of products and had what I was looking for whereas other shops in the area did not.
