This is the second time ive been assisted by Lucas. The first time was at Northlakes Godfrey's around 12-16 months ago.

Lucas has to have the best customer service ive ever experienced and Incredibly knowledgeable about the products on offer.

We purchased the evovac robot vacuum and couldn't be happier with out purcuase.

Do yourself a favour and go see Lucas if you're wanting to purchase a vacuum.

Rakib was extremely friendly and helpful tonight he happily stayed back 17 minutes to help us get the best robot vacuum that suits our needs! Extremely happy with him.

I wanted to update this review and my rating of Godfrey’s as they have recently done very well in helping with this issue.

I am now on my third X1 Omni. Godfreys provided me with a replacement when the first one couldn’t be fixed in a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately the second one lost its mind after a couple of weeks use and stopped working at all. Godfreys again replaced it.

So far the third X1 is working well. It really does do a good job of keeping the floors clean which, in a large house with 5 people and 4 dogs, is not easy!

The main issue I have with it is that the voice assistant YIKO has never worked for me. Not once has it answered my voice command. Thankfully the app is pretty easy to use although managing the map and getting the areas to divide into sensible cleaning zones can be a bit tricky.

I bought an ECOVACSHOME X1 Omni which worked brilliantly for about 9 months. It then blocked and wouldn’t work without being returned to Godfrey’s maintenance department. It has been 6 weeks and it hasn’t been fixed. The store staff have been sympathetic however the company needs to do more to ensure that such expensive equipment can be fixed in a reasonable timeframe.

Rakib was very knowledgeable, good demo, very polite and an easy smile. Very easy transaction. We purchased the Tineco S5 pro and are very keen to try it out.

Rakib gave us great help today, he showed us several models before letting us alone to think about what we'd just heard.

We went off for a while to think further before returning to make our purchase.

There was even no issue using multiple giftcards which happens this time of year.

Went to get formula for my carpet cleaner. He sold me one not suitable for my machine, which I realised just after paying. He argued that it didn't matter and I should just use it. I even pulled up the manual with the warnings, he just dug his heels in. I left with a formula I can't use and without the formula I needed. What a waste.
