The customer service is really pathetic. The management is very rude. I brought a stick vacuum cleaner from there 6 months ago and since it's not charging and cleaning properly, went there to refund/change it;however, the staff said cannot replace it until I repair it from there 2 times. Eventhough the policy is mentioned in the receipt that able to refund/replace/repair. The manager didn't even approach the customer. No loan facility is available when on repair period. When follow up about the repair, staff said that we used wrong charger, it's ridiculous as we don't have any other vacuum cleaner. I don't recommend this shop to anyone, very poor management and products.

Really good service and helpful staff who know their products. Listened to what I wanted and gave me two options.

Took my stick vac back because its not charging and was told it was the wrong charger. I live by myself and no one else has used the vaccumm. It was plugged into the same power point from the day I bought it, so I dont know why it is suddenly the wrong charger. The customer service was appalling with no help at all. Was told very abruptly that I would have to buy a new charger if I wanted to use the cleaner. Will never be going back to Godfrey's and will never buy another product from them

Appauling customer service from Reece on 09.04.2020 at 5pm. I was sold a defective vacuum head. Instead of exchanging the vacuum head for one that works without issues, or offer a credit note/refund, he argued with me and was disgustingly rude and still in the end would not rectify the faulty vacuum head that Godfrey's Browns Plains sold to me. I will never shop there again and would not recommend anyone to shop here. You will be sold and be stuck with a defective product. Utterly disappointed and a waste of my hard earned money. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. Reece should not be working in any customer service in any company. Wish I could rate 0 or -1. Rude response as well from 1800 customer service on 14.04.2020. The extremely rude customer service culture comes from the top, so don't think you'll get any help from them either. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

From my first experience there i am very weary about going back.they were very rude and rushing you, i only wanted to get a quote on fixing my vacuum ($1100 brand new from a different Godfreys) they said it wasnt worth getting fixed and to buy a new one instead.well i got it fixed somewhere else for $85. I do not trust these guys from that experience. I live so close too so it's very unfortunate.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Tried to sell me dirty used floor stock with no reduction in price. Rude and arrogant salesman who was painfull to deal with, will never ever go back to this store again.

Plenty of stock avalable however they do not comply with legislation with regards to refunds for faulty products, you are expeced to jump through hoops and wait for waranty replacement/repair.

Really bad customer service walked in with cash to buy a $1000 vacuum cleaner and then met a person with not a single smile and really rude! Never gonna comeback to this place!

Purchased the Optim carpet shampooer today to spot clean vomit and bile out of carpet. The guys also recommend a protein pre spray stain remover as well. Very happy.

Good service from what I got, bought a good quality vacuum and stopping working after 6 months. Took it back and fixed it in store no questions asked and very quickly.

I have purchased 2 items from this store. One last year 2017 as a walk in customer and this morning online. I know the reason why I keep going to them. Customer service is great and the salesperson was helpful and friendly. I have both times had a budget in which I was sticking to. The salesperson had me try out a couple but there was one in which I was impressed with so I stuck with my budget and brought it online this morning. Thanks for helping me choose the right vacuum for me that suited my budget. A very happy customer.

I purchased a $2,200 vacuum cleaner from Browns Plains shop, three months after purchase, the vacuum cleaner wasn't suitable for my degenerative back problems, I saw Josh who got the approval from the owner and they swapped it over for a vacuum to the same value, I could not believe the exemplary after service I received from Josh and the owner, I cannot praise them enough, I definitely would recommend this store to anyone wanting to purchase a vacuum cleaner, thank you Josh.

Horrible customer service.
Vacuum pipe replacement: asked if they could order one, first time they mention price is when they are holding the Eftpos out to me. After paywave, I comment on the cost $99 - they simply say “well do you want it or not”. They order it, a week later call to tell me it’s there. I go to collect, tell them it’s not the right one, the guy insists it is, until another guy comes and checks and finds out it’s not right. A week later I collect the right one.

Disgusting customer service. Ignored for half an hour without service. Not even a "be with you soon". Just wanted to buy a vacuum but ended up walking out after the staff member proceeded to ignore us and talk on the phone. Rude and ignorant

Wouldn't even give it a one star. Sales person very arrogant. Sold me the floor stock vacuum. NO Box, had to ask for the manual, he was rushing around to find parts. Asked for a reduce price being floor stock no box ect said No getting it a sale price anyway. Being the last one I took it. Get home have a good look at it filled with dirt, hair all in the pole and the head wasnt even the right one, Filter full of dust. So I took it back (2hrs later) asked for refund. Told him I found one at another store was going to get it straight away but he would only give me a refund on credit card even though I had paid cash. Also told me it would clear straight away. (took 3 days) He was also trying to tell me the manual was a generic one and the parts he gave me were correct and I was wrong. My experience in this store was disgusting very rude to not only me but also my Grandmother. Would advise people to go else where.

Was very helpful, nice & explained the differences. Also, didn't behave any differently after I bought the less expensive model:)

Awesome service every time. Explain products fully. No issues whatsover with a warranty claim, in fact they loaned me something to use while I was waiting for the warranty repair.
