I have been frequenting this store over the last few days and have spoken to Sam, Luke and Kev, and honestly I am blown away by the customer service I have received. All three have gone above and beyond to help me, I wish there were more people like this working in customer service, they actually made it a very enjoyable experience and I can not recommend them highly enough. They are an asset to the company and I will definitely be back if I ever need help again.

Fantastic service again from Browns Plains store they checked my stick vacuum battery then advised me of a filter to clean that I didn't realise was even there, came home cleaned the filter problem solved the staff at this store are always super knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful would recommend this store and all of the staff to anyone and thank you so much from me for your expert advice

Helpful in ordering parts I needed, only thing holding me back from 5 stars is will take a week and a half to get here.

Don’t even bother coming here. My partner and I came in on Sunday full prepared to buy a vacuum all we needed help with is finding the right vacuum. There was 2 workers on, one appeared to be a manager, and another a young lady who was a sale assistant. The young lady was the one who assisted us but quite literally knew NOTHING about vacuums, every time she went to ask the manager a question for us he would look totally annoyed and reply with one word “Yep” He Stood behind the counter chewing his gum aggressively very clear not eager to interact with anyone. Not a single one of our questions was answered and we ended up leaving cause it was very clear we were not going to receive any help.

Amazing customer service from this store Luke was very helpful and gave excellent information on everything I asked about and even carried my item to the car for me as I had my baby with me. Highly recommend shopping here.

Staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady who served us yesterday morning (24.06.23).

Jacinda introduced herself to me as I walked in the door and was very polite. She helped me understand the differences in the vacuums and help me find one that was just what I needed. She was very patient and never made me feel like I was being rushed.

Service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Totally professional and willing to help in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone also looking for an easy and stress free experience.

We visited the store on Friday 9th December Michaela greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us choose a vacuum cleaner that suited us.

I walked in to enquire about a steam mop and Jacinda did a wonderful job tending to us. She answered all our questions, provided advice and was honest. I wanted to think about it, and Jacinda was understanding and not pushy. I walked out of the store, only to turn around 10 seconds later to go back and purchase the steam mop. Jacinda’s support was so great and I’m really happy with my purchase. I also liked the store - it wasn’t cluttered or overwhelming, it was quite a nice space.

Went in to look at backpack vacuums, and Mikayla was very helpful in showing us the different types.
She has wonderful customer service.

Went in to look at the robo vacs. Had one of the staff Uma come up and answer all my questions and gave me demo's on the 2 robo vacs that I was interested in A1 service.
I did go to 3 other places to check these out. Uma was the most helpful sales person so I ended up going back the next day to purchase one.

Absolutely highly recommend browns plains store in a long long time I haven’t met a team of Fiona and leisa and staff who take pride in their jobs and care about their customers

Went to Godfreys store this Saturday morning to be greeted by a young man called Josh, we were after a carpet shampooing machine, Initially we were going to shop around before we made a purchase, Josh was so courteous, very informative, unlike a store previously whereby I was shown a vacuum cleaner and the way to the checkout. I walked out today one very happy customer with my carpet cleaning machine, Thank you Josh,

My wife and I went in this morning to buy a vacuum and was greeted by a very pleasant young guy. He helped up as we wanted a vac and listened to what we had and we ended up walking away with the tineco floor one s3 series which was alot more but exactly what we were after. The customer service shown, knowledge of product and friendliness was exceptional. He was articulate and clearly loved his job. We walked out and both spoke about how good an employee he was.
