A very standard furniture outlet, staff were ok and quite accessible, though I suspect it was a slow day given the heat and post Christmas lull.
Would rate zero stars if possible. Once you commit to an order you are told 4 to 6 weeks waiting for shipment. You get no updates during this time and when 6 weeks was up it was almost impossible to get information out of the store and gave you a feeling of being brushed off. I've now been waiting over two months for furniture I've already paid for with no idea when or if it will ever arrive.
It's great that they're accepting the GE credit line now including the sales. The staff are very helpful.
Really bad first up experience with Freedom Kitchens. No prices available or given out in store. They push you into committing to an appointment at a later date and don't listen to what you want or need. Very inflexible and 'push sales' in approach. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
Bought the furnitures from the shop and no more cares after service. Waiting for long time no delivery and no call. Called up check, all my details was wrong. Wrong address wrong phone number. Very bad management! No star at all
Was really needing someone to guide my purchase of multiple items but felt the staff werent building the picture for me so therefore didnt purchase. When i did try to find a different staff member to see if i could get a different perspective the original one tracked me down and took over.
We purchased a $2240 lounge early March. Were told that the delivery was going to be mid April. When mid April didn't happen, I was then told it was end of May. Then was told it was early June.
After making a complaint through the assistant manager Jenise. Where she displayed a lack of customer skills. Defending her position, rather the position that Freedom placed us in. Not once while communicating with her a number of times, did she apologised.
After the appalling dealings with Freedom, including Jenise. We demanded a refund. There are far better places to buy a lounge from!
I bought a sofa two days ago and returned it today.their team and management were really nice and helpful.first they offered me 25% off to encourage me to keep it.and when I insisted that I prefer to return it they were so helpful.specially the manager I think his name was Carl.and a sale person namely Elaine T
