Amazing experience at this store and the first of many I think! Was served by the lovely and very helpful Miranda. She helped me find the perfect fit for the many shoe styles I tried on and showed me all the helpful tips on how to get the best out of my shoes. The rest of the staff were so helpful and gave me guidance on styles and comfort levels, the hard part was picking which ones to purchase on the day. Definitely will be coming back again.

Niamh served me and gave me service and advice that I have never experienced before. She made my shop so enjoyable and educated me so much on choosing the right shoe. Fabulous employee and deserves special praise for her service

I was having issues with the fit of my new Lucy croc, I chatted with Emma online & she was very helpful. After sending thru photos of feet standing in the solesavers she noted that I’d probably need to use just a half sole in the shoe. Once I took this advice, the shoes fit perfectly! Being my first pair of frankies I hadn’t really considered swapping the inner sole over. Thx Emma, can’t wait to wear my frankies

Bought some of the Stevie Sneakers 7 months ago and they have worn out really quickly. Disappointed because I really liked them they just didn't last at all. The heel support has completely rubbed off and the shoe tred has worn super quickly and holes are starting to appear at the bottom.

I thought I was investing in a pair of shoes that would last but unfortunately they didn't. Probably wont be able to shop here again as I cant afford to but a $200 pair of sneakers every 7 months: (

Perhaps now that 30,000 people have gathered in Brisbane CBD you can reconsider your policy of having 5 people (was that including staff?) in the store?

Purchased shoes at the Windsor concept store, wonderful selection and presentation of shoes, staff members were kind and patient (during the CoVid limitations). Love all my purchases!
