Exceptional service at Frankie 4 Windsor today. It was my first time going in store and I was very impressed with the customer service. I will be back!

Had a lovely experience at Windsor. The shoes I was looking for were out of stock company wide but the nice sales person went above and beyond and found them at another store for me. Jane was so helpful and friendly. She knew exactly what I was looking for and how to track them down. Thank you. It’s so great to have knowledgeable and helpful service!

I got my pair of shoes when I drop by in this shoe shop last year, they have friendly staffs. Shoes is very comfy and I like it so much. Planning to buy again soon.

I had actually just stopped by to drop off a pair of broken "dead" rubber thongs/flip flops and didn't take my wallet with me.
This is the second time that I have dropped off "dead" shoes here for Frankie4 to recycle. They will accept any shoes from any brand EXCEPT fluffy slippers.
On the way out, I did have a glance at one or two things and will be going back with my wallet.

Maria slides were faulty and the retailer I purchased from was left out of pocket with my refund. Not impressed with Frankie4 wholesale team. Their faulty product they should foot the bill!

Shout out the the ladies at the Windsor store at lunch today. The store was incredibly busy being the last day of their sale, but all the staff were so patient and kind. They all went out of their way to ensure that everyone was attended to. I tried on many pairs of shoes and never felt like an inconvenience. Thanks ladies for handling the craziness so well!

I love my Frankie4s. The online Chat service is also excellent. I wanted information about two styles during Sale time. I really did not expect an answer quickly but got an instant reply and Rebecca was able to explain the difference between the two which helped me make up my mind. I am going to buy the Silver Nats NOW. Thank you.

I have just purchased my first pair of Frankie4 sneakers. I would like to give this amazing company double the stars for their ethics and efficiency. I paid for the sneakers on line and forgot to add the generous 10% discount for buying my first order. I texted them a few days later asking if I could still access that discount. The did it immediately with no fuss. I was advised by my osteopath to buy these frankie4 shoes, as they were the best. I received an email to say they are on their way to me, only 2 days later after ordering them. I can only say that I will always buy my shoes from them in the future.my deepest thanks to rachel and all the staff

Great customer service…found my previous order from 2018.no returns needed now I have the right sizing.

I had been admiring Frankie4 shoes from afar and took the chance to drop in while visiting Brisbane. I have a wide and high foot, but the lady helping me was undeterred. She tirelessly tried several options and sizes, and I really appreciated the effort she put in to help me find a pair that suited. Excellent customer service.

My wife and I had a lovely experience at this store today, being helped by the amazing Jade. She was very patient with us, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to leave this store happy. Thank you Frankie4, and thank you Jade for making our experience today so lovely.

Every company needs a Jane

I was served by a trainee who didn’t really know how to help me or which shoes to get me when I asked. All the senior staff ignored me completely. Waited 20 minutes to try on one pair of shoes and to be brought a pair of shoes I didn’t ask for? They were nice enough but still not wrapped about the service.

Super helpful staff and a very aesthetically pleasing store. Can't wait to go back for my second pair!

Frankie 4 are amazing helpful team, they located the shoes I was after that were not available on line for me to spend my birthday treat. So happy, can't wait for my new shoes to arrive.xxx
