Foot Locker

New store same issue's. Was told new store would have more variety and cater for larger sizes. No surprises still the same nothing decent for size 14 and over. Better off shopping online than instore

Customer service was apauling, was totally ignored, not one of the 3 staff offered any assistance just talked among themselves

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shopping, Pacific Fair Footlocker, the guy who said is the manager should not work there, he has no respect for the elderly whatsoever, after all I had to buy my son snickers and for their bloody prices the should lay down the red bloody carpet, owner please take note, cheers

Very disappointed with Foot Locker! Purchased a pair of all black Max Air, wore them for 1 week and a white discharge started showing around the seems. Drove 40 mins to speak to them, Matt replaced them as it was a factory issue although they had to shipped directly to me. I was told if it happened again, I could bring them back and I would be refunded no questions asked. Of course this issue happened again, drove 40 mins to be told by another staff member that they would not refund and even contacted Matt and he said he didn't say he would. Customer service does not include being blatantly lied too. I'll never shop at this store again and I highly advice everyone to be wary of the sales people at this store!

Was intending to spend a few hundred here. My partner and I were in the store for a total of half an hour- not one singular employee
(there were four working on what was not a busy day) said hello, asked if they could help or even smiled or nodded to imply they noticed us.

Amazing shoes, mostly for men but a lovely range of great quality shoes. The staff are lovely and will always help you find what you are looking for

6 years living on the gold coast ive never actually been able to purchase a pair of shoes from footlocker due to no stock or no sizes and im a size 12 or 13 depending on the brand. Last weekend they sent me to another store under the assumption they finally had a shoe with my size to only then find out they actually didnt even have the shoe at all. You would think every shoe and size is a limited edition with how limited stock they keep and wonder why retail are suffering. 6 years and never once been able to get a shoe. Pathetic.

Staff are uneducated, asked for a particular shoe tall red head male didn't know what superflys were or gave me direction where I could find them in the footlocker store range. No help at all and not happy

All the shoes they had advertised on Web site didn't have in store and really couldn't, be bother to serve customers, never again joined amart sports very happy there if they don't have they'll to there best to help you maybe different at other footlocker pacific fair shop don't waste your time, this was when renevations were going on so 5 months ago.
