I had the best costumers service of all the stores I've ever shopped in Australia! Excellent service from Rio and Talia, I really wanted to buy a shoes that wasn't available for sale, but they did everything they could to let me buy the shoes! They made me a very happy customer! I have a store in Brazil, and I would definitely like to have employees like Rio and Talia, who are very capable and attentive and lovely! I always want to buy from them! Thank you for helping me!

I don't know why the average score is only 4, the service was excellent. The selection of shoes is huge and the prices are really good, awesome store.

The store wasn’t open at 9.30, customers waiting outside for so long with no one answering the phone…looking through the widow and staff are standing around. Disappointing

Next time you address a customer because they have dropped something don’t yell out “Yo” I may be human but as a customer maybe saying “excuse me” is a bit more professional.

Amazing customer service from Jed today, he went above and beyond to help me find my purchase receipt in the system and did an exchange for me hastle free. One of the most polite and helpful employees ive ever come accross. Thanks again Jed!

Worst place to shop. I asked to exchange some shoes for my daughter purchase the night before. They didn’t have the stock and the girl offered to have them shipped out. After standing there for half an hour while the incompetent child serving me arranged the exchange, she then tells me there is a $10 delivery charge because the exchange is under $100. Although the total amount spent on the docket was more than $200 and I also spent $750 on sneakers during the week. I will never shop here again.

I loved shopping here, the employee max was so helpful and friendly to be around.will definitely be back at pac fair to get this a+ service again.

My son and I went to look for school shoes and running shoes. Lucas, the employee who worked with us, was absolutely helpful, extremely efficient and surprisingly friendly. He is a rare bright spot in Australian retail. Kudos to the Foot Locker manager who hired him. We will go back to Pac Fair Foot Locker if only to receive such good customer sevice.

Love coming here for shoe shopping. Lots of selection, staff are welcoming & friendly. Charli's customer service skills are great, she was so helpful with my son helping him try out his first pair of Nikes. Thanks guys!

Worst store staff are so rude can’t help you ask for sizes they look at you like they don’t want to have to find it. I would not recommend shopping at this store they all should be fired and get some real people.

Staff name Daniella needs some training on customer service and their system. We did delivery order through foot locker store Pacific fair and then never received our order. We went to store staff named Daniella states it got cancelled, so we asked if she can do refund, she was like we need to call customer care. We called customer care they were like when store knew that it was cancelled they should have done refund straight away. We went back again to store that staff Daniella was very rude unprofessional, never experienced such unprofessional staff ever in my life. Hope foot locker follow this up.

Went to this store yesterday with my friend. As soon as we walked in nobody greeted us, we were waiting for staff to approach us as we had come in to purchase a specific pair of shoes, all staff were totally oblivious to the fact we had even walked in. We went up to the staff to ask for our sizes and he said he only had my size and not my friend, after waiting at least 10 mins for him to get the shoe he comes out and says theres no size for me but they suddenly had my friends size, which was fine, mistakes happen etc. Although then I asked for a different pair and that took another 10 mins to come out. We finally settled on a shoe and let the staff know
so we purchased and as we got home my friend checked her pair and she was given my size of shoe, so we ended up with the same shoe in the same size. The staff were just super distracted, showing that they didn’t really care, even the girl at the counter was just super unaware and slow, music in the place was loud so couldn’t even hear what we were saying. I’ve written this to let others know exactly what you will expect there and there’s just not excuse for giving someone the wrong size especially went customer has shown patience and we were looking forward to having these shoes, now my friend will have to return them and not get anything due to them now having no stock which was another issue.

We came in about 10 min ago to purchase some shoes for 4 of us and no one came up to us for anu service. We are now in a store with service. Very disappointed.

I just want to thank you to all the staff of FL Pacific Fair, I left my shopping bag from kathmandu and I was thinking I lost it but when I asked one of the staff they told me they kept it in their office. Thank you for your honesty <3

Great staff, very helpful and have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from footlocker pac fair definitely my favourite store on the coast

This store is a waste of space with very rude manager and useless staff who do not offer any help what so ever, was in the store for at least fifteen minutes and no help what so ever. When asked for help from the staff they just ignored, then I asked to speak with the manager who came after a while of waiting and was no help or apologies what so ever, instead she was rude and showed racism. Very disappointed to have experienced this in a popular store like Footlocker Pacific Fair.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Quick on sizing the footwear and a very happy shopper.
