Foot Locker

Went here on the weekend to grab some shoes about 3pm. Shops was pretty quiet. Only myself and two other customer lining up to be served in the store. There were two people serving and another person restocking/cleaning. I was after a pair of shoes and had been waiting for someone to come and assist me which did not happen after at least 5 minutes. I then went to line up at the counter to get assistance and once the lady behind the desk had finished serving the customer before me another customer with a baby came into the shop and the lady behind the counter immediately started to speak to her telling her she'll be with her shortly so she can get cuddles off the baby. She then asked for someone else to serve/assist me so I had to wait for another person to come from out the back to help me. Pretty poor service considering there was at least a further two people out the back. So at least 5 people working in the store and had to wait to be served. Pretty poor

Foot Locker has always been the go to store. Always on point with their service and a great range of shoes.

I am officially a footlocker addict, the staff are awesome and the service is absolutely impeccable!

The only place I get shes for my family from. The staff here know their sneakers and are always friendly and helpful, especially when it's back to school time for my kids.

Excellent shoe range, like mother like son, with matching shoes! Well worth the visit! Even a nice little selection of school shoes in Nike.

Great service and knowledge of running shoes! I have plantar fasciitis (foot pain from running) and the staff I spoke with new exactly what I was talking about and directed to my new shoes which have taken a lot of the pain out of my running and improved my distance. Well done

The manager Michael and his staff, at this store, are some of the best I have encounter in a while, when it comes to customer service. I was trying to locate a certain size and style shoe which wasn’t in stock but they helped me out by getting it from another store and sending it to my house. Nothing was to much trouble for them! Excellent job guys!

Even know we turned up a bit later the two men were very nice and helped us finding that right shoe

Be careful with salespersons here and check your bills before going out. They secretly write notes on your invoice to avoid returns. And hide invoice inside shoe box or bottom of the bag, so that you can't see until return home.

I called the Footlocker Chermside store on a Thursday, spoke to one of the staff, asked about a product (Nike Air More $) asked about sizes, and the colourway I was looking for, the young lad I spoke to checked, and informed me they had it in stock, size and colour, then I asked if he could put them aside for me unti Sunday, his response, "sure, no problem, can I grab your contact details? " Then when I arrived on the Sunday, he had them at the counter, waiting for me. Awesome customer service! Thanks again, I'll be shopping here, whenever I need new kicks!

The manager there is excellent. I was looking for a few pairs of more exclusive Basketball shoes and the manager of Chermside Footlocker was the only guy that actually helped me out a lot to find my shoes not even located at his store. I phoned about 6 other stores, some don't even connect, others I phoned had the shoes but told me they didn't and didn't even know what I was talking about. I phoned Chermside and he helped to look up where the shoes are still available and advised me of discounts available at the same time. Unfortunately not my local store, I bought 2 pairs elsewhere, but Chermside manager the best staff member I dealt with from Footlocker.

Staff were very rushed and didnt take much notice of your needs. Shoe sizes also were a bit hit and miss. Who does the stock take and the shoe presentations? Leaves room for improvement.

Lots of verity in shoes manly basketball shoes and is the best place to go for basketball players

I picked out 6 different shoes, they didn't have my size for any of them (I'm a men's size 10).

Pointless store

I felt my customer service experience was a bit rushed, and I wasn't made to feel very comfortable with asking as many questions as I had. The man I was served by didn't even take the time to measure my feet at all. They seemed to be fairly busy, but I feel they shouldn't allow that detract so much from the quality of their customer service.
