Pretty bad customer service. Long waits. Wrong sizes were provided. Employees definitely need more training.

Called the store as i was chasing a pair or shoes, Was told they had one pair left in stock. Then drove 40 minutes to be told that it was a mistake and they weren’t available.

Pretty annoyed with the customer service. I went in on Thursday to see what women’s shoes they had in stock and they had these really nice Nike black and white high dunks. The shoe that was being displayed wasn’t my size so I asked the sales person if they had any more sizes at all. She asked what size was I after and I told her either an 8 or 8.5 and she then responded with an attitude saying that they only had what was on display. Like what was the point in asking me for my size then?

Great service and help get the correct running shoes that I needed. The person who served me was great, full of energy. Also gave me a great discount.

Amazing service, it was so busy with start of school year and so many kids and parents were in the shop but the young team of staff were so professional and courteous. Big thumbs up to Adrian who was so amazing and helpful to us.

Lovely staff but misleading
Deal on women's nikes.shoe for buy 1 get 1 half off. Asked if deal worked with tns.employee said yes. Had enough for one pair brother expected to buy other pair. Realized it was only for women so left. Saw sign outside with tns below it saying half off for 1 pair if you get 2.white and black pair both men size went inside asked another employee if the deal worked with the mens sizes.staff member #2 said yes.was very happy because they are one of my dream shoes.staff member#2 asked member#3 if the deal included said shoes.staff member#3 said no.was very disappointed at the least. Considering the sign was directly above the tns in the mens sizes.

The staff was very helpful, good selection of shoes but somethings online cannot be bought instore.

I was served by Travis P at footlocker Chermside today. His professionalism was to the highest standard. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, came over to see if there was anything we liked, provided really good feedback about new stock to keep an eye out for. Thank you heaps for a great experience.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful even though the store busy. Shoutout to the tall dude with the beard for being an absolute legend!

Matthew had incredibly good customer service. I came into the store on Sunday with my cousin who has autism, it was such a relief to have someone in a store who was understanding and considerate of her. She said herself that he was such a nice bloke. Thank you so much Matthew!

You dummies need to take the security tags off things before you post them out. Defeats the purpose of buying online if I have to go to the store and get you to take it off. SMH

We got the best service here. The lady who looked after us was a very tall young girl with brown hair. She was so sweet with our two kids and so respectful and graceful with her service. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Even though she was so busy she still made us feel like we were the only customers she wanted to help. Definitely coming back to buy more shoes.

Bought online from here and they had great service and even left a nice note saying 'hope you enjoy your shoes. '

Our cashier’s name was William S, he was very kind with us and helped a lot! If you are having trouble with finding shoes at footlocker make sure to speak to him!

Will at footlocker was absolutely amazing helped me find the perfect shoe for me. Was so patient and made me have a good laugh

The staff member in the kids section was really friendly, not pushy, giving us time to browse before asking questions. I got some cool kicks for my 12 year old son.

It has the nike gear that you can get just head over to chermside ask anybody footlocker the best stuff and I'm serious about that

Whenever I go they have the shoes I want, but when I go and can actually buy them they are always out of stock

I was greeted as soon as walked in the door by Travis, he was chilled, helpful and friendly without being pushy or forceful. When I need help Travis was helpful and knowledgeable.
